I ordered two dinosaurs from this company the end of sept. The first of October they sent me a email saying they were shipped with a tracking no’s. Awhile later I tried to track and it said it wasn’t tracking yet , so I tried four days later, my email disappeared, can’t find it anywhere. So I messaged them got one response not what I wanted. Needless to say I still don’t have them don’t know where they are! I have emailed them four times now and messaged them twice no response, scam? Don’t buy from them!!
Do not order from this company, placed order 28th Sept, needed to change shipping address on order, emailed company with advise, a Shirley advised me not once but 3times not to worry about my order, it has been updated in their system.
Followed up again on the 8th Oct and was advised new deluvery address updated in system and warehouse having delays due COVID.
Followed up again on 20th Oct and was advised yet again, new delivery address was updated in system and order will be shipped in next few days, this eesponse was from a Shirley not sure if same person.
On 28th Oct received confirmation for order tht It was been shipped BUT to old /wrong address?
Emailed back asking why this hs happened when I had numerous emails assuring me that address has been updated.
29th Oct- received reply sorry order now shipped and no changes can be done anymore, but can track order
