What is Stihl-Outlet.Shop?

It is an online shopping store which is misusing the brand name of Stihl by providing the Stihl brand logo as its website name and logo as well as by claiming to sell the Stihl products without having association with Stihl or without being authorized seller for Stihl products. It is claiming to sell the products like GTA 26, CHAINSAW, TRIMMERS, BLOWERS, POLE SAW, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Stihl-Outlet Shop is suspected to be a fraudulent site because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number of this online store are not given on its website whereas legit companies shall always provide such information on their websites. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. stihl-outlet.service@gmail.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling Stihl products at unrealistic heavy discount prices that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website match with multiple scam sites such as Stihl-UsaShop, etc.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Shipping and Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of products. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above mentioned facts are enough to draw a conclusion that Stihl-Outlet Shop is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

We were took for the $80.00,it feels bad was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift for my husband.

  2. As a former employee of Stihl Incorporated(Stihl USA) and worked for over 10 years at their manufacturing plant in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I can tell you that even employees can't get Stihl products as cheap as this site is advertising them for. That's including the used products we were able to purchase that couldn't be sold as new because they were used in the R&D labs on the dyno, quality control audits or for emissions testing. This website tells their story naming a "Michelle" as their founder which is false because Andreas Stihl is the founder of Stihl, like the name of the company...

  3. Scam site for sure an the person has many sites I'm thinking like stihlproducts.shop is another one that I reported to STIHLUSA Corporate. I was scammed but i know to use PayPal for purchases just in case of people scamming. After reviewing all options I found out STIHL doesn't do mail order so remember that because you cannot buy a STIHL TOOL of any type and have it delivered to your residence.

Yes, this deal was too good to be true and like others I was scammed. A $299.00 gas weed trimmer for $75.00. I took the bate but don’t think they will get any money. I do not have a paypal account therefore I used my credit card but when I checked my bank account the next morning the charge was thru PayPal Jackie Tey which was a red flag for me. I called my bank as the transaction was pending they ask me to call PayPal. PayPal had no charges for me since I didn’t have an account. Lesson learned. If too good to be true , move on. Scammers get a real job!!!!!!!!

  5. Wow...My husband was so excited when I called him to tell him we could afford the chainsaw we wanted. Thank goodness I kept researching. The no phone number was 1 clue. I really did think it was Still return direct shop.

Ok people. You’ve heard of too good to be true. Well this website screams that Use your head people. A $450 chainsaw for less than &100. Ummm no. When I saw the price it immediately through a red flag. I looked for reviews and found this website that confirmed it to be a scam. Do a little research before you buy online.

  7. I ordered a saw and after 3 weeks I had not received it so I contacted PayPal and after 4 days
of contacting them I got my money back

Unreal the tech giant search engines allow these to be posted. Greedy. Criminal

    1. Even worse is that PayPal allows this as they told me there are many complaints and claims they have received about this SCAM

  9. These reviews should be somehow attached to the website so that people are aware of this fraud. I had a bad feeling when all they allowed is credit cards through PayPal, which I am not fond of. Lucky for me I put a dispute in with PayPal within an hour of my purchase, thus thie thief will not have access to these funds.

  10. Definite scam! Took money, sent nothing. Tracking number was for 1 oz sent to address not mine. No response from website. A band of thives!

  11. Thanks for the info...
The addage, "if it sounds to good to be true..." still holds.
