Yes, a scam. I fell for it too. Several emails from different couriers followed to tell me they couldn’t deliver my parcel. Cannot contact the company. Have reported to fraud squad. Maybe an idea to inform Facebook?

Also, they have an email address, support@stephanie-gottlieb .com, that can email you, but when you try to reply them, you get a bounce back error. Basic checking of MX records also show that the email is invalid. Unsure of the technical details behind it, but all in all, very shady practice.
