Spinpaper complaints. Spinpaper fake or real? Spinpaper legit or fraud?

What is Spinpaper?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as dresses, shoes, t-shirts, plus size outfits, Garden decoration, Mosquito Killer, Lamps, Table lamps, Solar Lights, Household utensils, Toys, Motorcycle helmet, water sports, Summer Water Toy, Sports swimwear, Backpacks, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Spinpaper is listed as one of the doubtful sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address is mentioned on Its Return and Refund Policy, Contact Us pages as well as at the bottom of the website as Room 606, 5th Floor, Building 19, Yacheng Yili, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China, 100020. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on its Product Details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the aforesaid facts, it can be said that Spinpaper is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I really wish I had done my research on this. I bought Seresto Dog Collars and now I'm concerned they will not be original collars but knockoffs. I await arrival of my items and proceed from there I suppose.

    1. Did you receive the collar and were they any good: packaging, quality?!?

I feel stupid for not researching first. I'm expecting crappy boots now. there was a reason my credit card wouldn't take. that should've been my first clue.

Another victim here. I didn’t know the shop is located in china until I started to wonder why the item was taking so long to arrive. They sell fake HydroFlask, took one month to arrive. They refuse to refund.

Guess I should have researched this site ): The item I ordered is literaly on a slow boat from China, I DO NOT buy things from china , Guess I will go to the store today and see if I cann find the item I ordered.

    1. I did not know the item that I ordered came from china either.
Never received my order. I learned a big lesson here.

  5. Yeah, this a communist Cross-border E-Commerce scam. I was offered the same 8% refund and I was instructed that since I didn’t purchase the shipping insurance, I could not receive a full refund.

I contacted the email again and I was told they would offer a 20% refund and that I could give the product away as a gift. She said it was too expensive to return the product to Beijing, China—however; the product was sent from 18555 Gale Ave. City of Industry, CA 91748, which returning to this address wasn’t an option. This is obviously a racket and this “company” or individuals are engaged in fraudulent business and practice.

Their products are not as described and are of low-quality. DO NOT buy from this website! And if you have, order a new credit card/debit card. Research has led to finding the Norton seal is fraudulent and they are listed as a deceptive website.

Virtually identical to Patsy’s experience. Cust service will not provide a return address and eventually offered a 30% refund. Shoes are not as advertised. Dollar store quality, maybe. 10 emails and still no address for returns.

JUNK !!!! Don’t buy from them. Completely disappointed to receive the cheapest junky sandals, that I will never wear. They are not worthy to be worn, they are so cheap, totally not as presented in their ad. Complete BS. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!! JUNK !!! As for return policy, forget about it, it’s nearly impossible. Learned my lesson !!!

The sandals looked adorable and I have troubled foot issues. So I ordered a pair of sandals. I received them all crunched up and a little plastic bag. They are cheap and nothing but junk. There’s nothing great about them. Completely false advertising. The site makes the sandals look so nice and such a great choice of colors. What a huge SCAM!!!!
As for the return policy, well…forget it. Thankfully they were not overly expensive. BUYERS BEWARE !!!! JUNK !!!!!
