Spinpaper complaints. Spinpaper fake or real? Spinpaper legit or fraud?

What is Spinpaper?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as dresses, shoes, t-shirts, plus size outfits, Garden decoration, Mosquito Killer, Lamps, Table lamps, Solar Lights, Household utensils, Toys, Motorcycle helmet, water sports, Summer Water Toy, Sports swimwear, Backpacks, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Spinpaper is listed as one of the doubtful sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address is mentioned on Its Return and Refund Policy, Contact Us pages as well as at the bottom of the website as Room 606, 5th Floor, Building 19, Yacheng Yili, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China, 100020. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. This makes very clear that it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on its Product Details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the aforesaid facts, it can be said that Spinpaper is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I should have read the review before I made a purchase. The sandals I received did not match the photo on the website and they were of such poor quality no one would ever mistake them for being 'orthopedic' sandals. When I attempted to return them, I was offered 8% of the purchase price as a refund with no need to return the product OR I could get 10% off of my next order. I replied that neither choice was acceptable and that I should qualify for the free return because what they sent wasn't what I ordered. Then I got the story about having to return them to China even though they were shipped to me from New Jersey! They revised their offer to a 15% refund. DO NOT BUY from this site. Its products are knock-offs and of low quality!

My comment is practically word for word as this complaint. The orthopedic shoes were of very poor quality. And they only offer up to 15% refund.

I could have written this complaint word for word. The quality of the orthopedic shoes is poor. This company is not reputable. They finally offered a 15% refund, of which I haven’t received yet !!! Do not buy from this company. Spinpaper .com.

I ordered some sandals several weeks ago I have not heard anything back and I have not received the sandals as yet no email telling me when they were shipped or anything like that I’m very suspicious of this site

Saw these multiple warning pages about spinpaper after I ordered shoes. I received an email one day later that product had shipped. Two weeks later I received the shoes, exactly what I ordered and was even pleased with the quality. So just my experience, thought I'd share.

I ordered sandals and then saw that the site was considered a scam. I immediately sent a email to cancel the order but they convinced me to leave my order and the sandals were worth it. I got my order, they said the sandals ran small so I got 1/2 size larger. The sandals are too big made with really cheap materials and then you buckle them, the velcro does not match up well and some parts are too loose and buckle. They are poorly made is the bottom line. I will be lucky to get my money back.

  6. Spin paper is a total rip off. I ordered some leather shoes on June 8th and just received my order Monday. What I got was a cheap pair if unmarked and unidentifiable shoes with strings still hanging in the inside. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, they only offered to reimburse 8% of my money and give me a 10% discount code.

  7. Asked for refund before product was shipped and I could send it back after I received it. Checked tracking number and it hadn’t been shipped and I’m sure it will cost a fortune to send it back at my expense. Didn’t realize where it was coming from. I will never do business with this company again. Beware.

SCAM! I purchased a pair of pants labeled men's large. A small child couldn't even fit in these. On top of it, they won't take them back or issue a refund.

Don't EVER order anyathing from this company. They sell knock-offs of name brand items. Poor material and quality. Return policy is bad, and they promised shipping in 5-7 days, I didn't receive my items until almost 3 weeks later. I would throw it in the trash, it's worse than items you can find at dollar stores.
