I have purchased items from SHEIN both clothing& jewellery. I am fairly satisfied. Oftentimes it's not reading the product review and other customers reviews that make poor purchase choices

I just recently starting ordering from Shein. I love the clothes however they are mostly hand wash care. I ordered some of the random products and they were cheaply made. I guess you get what you pay for, but I love this site!

I have had missing parcels and no compensation. Also poor quality clothing which were smaller than stated. However, my grandaughter has had some good quality clothes and jewellery. We did find she was using a slightly different link for Shein.

I've ordered from Shein multiple times and have never had any problems. Unlike a lot of these sites, the clothes that arrive are what you see in the pictures. Plus sizes are actually plus sizes. I live in Canada and it takes about 3 weeks for items to arrive, even now, with everything backlogged. I was pretty surprised by that. I also use PAYPAL for payment so no worries about whether a credit card is secure. Paypal is excellent to work with in the event of an issue - of which I've had none with items not arriving or being inaccurate. As for WHOIS - I used this as well when I had a website. This isn't suspicious, it's smart. In this day and age of doxxing, it's a safety measure for business and personal websites alike, and shouldn't been seen as shocking.

I purchase clothing from Shein regularly for myself and my 2 teen daughters. We've never had an issue. We're in Ontario Canada and delivery is very fast. Products are good quality. Not high-end, but great value for your money. I think this review may need to be updated. The payment is secure for Shein.

Hello I have been using Shein for several months now in Australia. I found the quality to be excellent and the product received equivalent to the pictures online. I have not had any issues with my orders or the deliveries.
