Beware of scam messages asking you to call back immediately at 1-833-782-1819 or 812-565-2928 or calls coming from 833-782-1819 or 1-812-565-2928 pretending to be from Wells Fargo Or Chase Bank. If you call them back, then they may tell you it is from Wells Fargo's or Chase Bank's security department to notify you that your card had been locked and to unlock the card, you need press 1, otherwise press 2. If you press 1, they may ask you to enter your 16 digit card number followed by the "#". Few examples of such scams are as below:

- "FRM:ChaseBank-Mobile-Alerts-ID SUBJ:Contact 8125652928 #Now MSG:ID:6284 (or 8940 or 9623) CardLocked!"
- “FRM:ChaseBank-Mobile-Deparmenet-to contact 8125652928 #NOW. MSG:ID 147 373 342 CardLocked!”
- "From Wells Fargo (Call us immediately at: 833-782-1819)"
