Rullbyeal complaints. Rullbyeal fake or real? Rullbyeal legit or fraud?

What is Rullbyeal.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling Wind Powered Kinetic Sculpture, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Rullbyeal is classified as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

Its parent company’s name and address are given on its About Us page as Heilongjiang Xingji Network Technology Co., Ltd.: 1 HarbourFront Walk, # B2 - 40 / 41, Singapore 098585. There is no business with the name Rullbyeal or Heilongjiang Xingji Network Technology Co., Ltd. has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Although its address is from Singapore but on its Terms of Use page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws. How can a company from one county be governed by the laws of some other country?

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on its Checkous page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing heavy discounts on lots of products it sells that seems too good to be true to get from any legit sites.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including the website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Rullbyeal is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I just got my windmill after 69 days and I agree with the complaints of all the other people. At least I got something. I was concerned that we would get nothing for our money.

I to was scammed. Was supposed to get 10 items because of late delivery. 2 months and didn't receive anything. Also my card was compromised. 269.00 . they do have to live with themselves but something tells me they don't care. Judgement day can't come soon enough.

  6. Do not buy anything from this company. The "unique and magical metal windmill" arrived in 7 weeks (hmmmm...after I opened a dispute with my card). It is starting to rust after being outside one day. It is the size of of 12 " dinner plate. And...it hasn't moved yet. Must need VERY strong wind. Sad money was wasted on this.

  7. I too was scammed! It took over two months to receive my order. I ordered two of them and the Facebook ad said they were made in Indiana USA. Also, they are the size of a dinner plate and only about two feet tall! What a scam! Buyer beware!!

  8. I purchased 4 wind mill pieces of junk! When I contacted the company they said because they had so many good reviews they could only offer me a 10% refund and wanted pics. I said that was unacceptable and sent pics of it rusting after 3 says outside. They then offered me 15% and wanted video. By then my bank had refunded my money thank God. I only ordered because it said made in America. But after payment was made I saw it was coming from Asia. And the company name was different.

  9. in Aug 24 2021 I saw the Magical Metal Windmill (buy 3 get 4th one free) on Facebook and ordered them paying 179.99 thru PayPal. Today (Oct 19 2021) I had two of them delivered to me and as the others say, piece of junk. Instructions that came with them told me to adjust leaves and make it work. (there words, not mine) one of them is out in yard waiting for wind to blow.
These were going to be Christmas presents but now I would like my money back. I have seen an add for them on Facebook more than once since I ordered mine under different names. They sent a card with the order that said if you have a complaint - suggestion & refund to email them at Se*****@******at.com.
