Dont buy anything from this website. It’s the worst it’s a scam. Been contact with them for 3 months now and yet didn’t get anything. I ordered last May. They said it’s being processed and that I will get an email from them once the item is shipped. Then July has pass and got nothing from them. So I emailed them again. Saying that there’s some delayed and that they are working on it. I was patiently waited but then another month pass. So I tried to contact or send them a message or email but I couldn’t reach them. So I tried to look them up on websites and nothing came out, then I saw this and read reviews from different customer that is also having same problems.
Straight after I ordered and payed for my item I had a feeling it was a scam. I contacted customer service who took days to reply by saying my item need to be made and then checked, but if I don't recieve it by the stated time then I can get a refund, but under any circumstances am I to contact my bank as in doing that my credit card may be be put as a bad card. So kicking myself now !!!
Placed order back on 5/31/2021. Still haven't received it yet!!! Contacted them at support@rosielog.com They told me to give them more time and later again additional 7 days. Noticed they change Web address and they are own by Fashion World in the UK and are rule by China law they also have same merchandise at different Web sites. Wrote them one more time and my order was cancel!,, and no refund!! SCAM,, don't buy anything it's a SCAM!!
Waiting over 2 months , they change their Web page last night and my order was cancel and erased, SCAM !,, Now they have a new email address and laws from China instead off the UK also they were telling me my order was still in production. Haven't heard from them since July 15 2021 SCAM !,
The worst website ever! Its been over a month since I purchased my item. I wrote to customer service asking if the item I wanted was out of stock and if so can I pick a different item for the same price that is in stock or if I could get a refund. And the responded says do to it being a high valued item it may take longer to get to me. Which means it was sold out or they didn’t have it. Not one did they say I could get a refund though! Super annoying!!

Worst website, I ordered my stuff over a month ago, and it still says that my ordered is being processed. Sounds like a scam to me. Even Wish is faster. All lies.

I am sure it is a scam site because these dresses are sold by an Italian site that I know very well at a totally different price from this site, moreover the images are identical even the model is the same ,so it is not possible.
