Come-on winterpresale what's your gimmick and what do you really get out of ripping people off???

  2. Two xmas’s ago I ordered two of these for my grandsons. When (finally) delivered I was sent two different, small robots. Not even close to the ones I thought I ordered. A refund was not given because the items were basically the same, meaning they were also robots. A scam for sure! It’s a shame because they really seem like they would be fun for the boys (and maybe grandma and grandpa, too).

You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
