What is Retaica.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as tops, long sleeve dresses and tops, casual dresses, tees, blouses, sweaters, cardigans, two piece sets, dresses, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Retaica is categorized as a suspicious site because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as CHOC TRADING CO., LTD: 39 Mark Road Hemel Hempstead, Hertz, Hertfordshire, England, HP2 7DN. Google Maps can’t find the exact match of this company’s address. And there is no business with the name Retaica or CHOC TRADING CO., LTD has been mentioned on or around the similar partial match address as well. Moreover, like other similar sites which are providing parent company’s name like Bumperr, Btree and so on, it has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. Instead, there are other businesses mentioned there such as FRISKA DESK, Hertz – Hemel Hempstead, HQ Innovation House, Door to Store, JK Bookkeeping Limited, Subtilis Accountancy Limited and W & O Plumbing and Heating. this parent company's name and address is found to be provided by other suspicious sites like Kruzatuo, Victsiri, Starsmj, Chaspell, Freedomaa, Kabhjh, Maloryx, Finebr, Yogtrey, Guozhizi, Kugust, ShyneLife, Malisami, Watchmeruns, Hoaily, Homders, Grassphy, Poniyy, Hipnine, Oamisly, Buhuly, Honsick, Yanore, Kuztie, Gooushow, Nioter, Orangelia, Mysticalfa, SwimLifes, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. retaica@forbestmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling items on unrealistic discount prices which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic and bogus for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above mentioned facts, it is concluded that Retaica is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

Always a big fan of linking to bloggers that I adore but do not get a good deal of link adore from.

  2. BEWARE this company makes it impossible to get a refund. I wouldn’t order from them again and feel they should be shut down.

  3. Clothes are bad, they won't refund your purchase. I did find a phone #, located in TX, got "Jimmy" on the phone, he directed me to a site, that virus software detected as a threat....stay away, far away. Next step Federal Trade Commission, as products don't have RN numbers required by law

I ordered 3 ladies tops on Sept. 9,2021 after seeing a Retaica ad on facebook, I got immediate confirmation of my order. The company claims garments are made/shipped from Greenwood Indiana and expected to receive my order within a couple of weeks but wasn't notified that my order had shipped until Oct. 9 with an order no. and tracking no. with info that it was being shipped with Yun Express which is a Chinese shipping company which is when I knew I had fallen for a scam. I e-mailed the company several times with my concerns but never got a reply. I finally got a notice on Oct. 29th that my order had been delivered. I wasn't of course so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge which can take from 30 to 90 days to resolve. I see countless ads on FB for countless companies showing pictures of the same clothing all claiming to be made/shipped from Indiana. I don't know if we can complain to FB about these fraudulent sites and if anything will be done about it or not, just shameful.

  5. Seems we are all experiencing the same scam. The tracking number led me to a place in California when the post said they were located in New Jersey and Indiana. The top I bought for $47 dollars was a piece of crap. Contacted to return and refund. They won’t refund and don’t want the product returned. I keep telling them I want a full refund. Now they are offering $22. Big scam and Facebook isn’t doing anything to help m

I also thought “made in USA ~ now know that IS NOT TRUE! Kept one item, am trying to return one, so far I was told return postage would be a lot, “why not keep, or give as a gift”. Going to see if ayPal can help. I do not mind paying $8.00 for return, but want the rest of my money refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two tops from Retaica. Each totaled 49.98. They did not fit. I wanted to return them and get a refund. They told me to keep them and they had the nerve to offer me $16 . I can’t believe they get away with this.
If they were smart they would reimburse full amount because Attorney fees are quite high. Do they know if you lose you pay both sides. Why are they allowed to advertise. Their sizes are for children not adults. How the hell do they get away with this???

I’m trying to return a $97 purchase. They requested photos of my purchase. After seeing the photos they said since there wasn’t any imperfections they would offer me $11 for my purchase. Not from Indiana, no free returns as stated in advertisement, poor material quality, no customer service number and all correspondence through email. I have never dealt with a company that barters a return price in the US. I will not be ordering from them again.

BEWARE! They are a complete fraud - what arrived was NOT anywhere like what was shown online and that I ordered - now they're offering me $6. for a $87. charge on my credit card. If only I had checked them out before - but I thought FB did that...

I wish USA Customer/Buyers would do their research before shopping online clothing companies , which are mostly located in China . I see everyday to many of them get scammed. It takes a few minutes to research a company. I’m tired of hearing so many naive people losing money because they can’t resist an advertisement. Ordering from such , they either never receive or their disappointed cause it’s cheap and doesn’t fit ,no place to find or call customer service for a return . We have to wise up on our shopping skills people . Thats why they target USA , EASY TARGETS!!!

  16. Only ordered because they claimed to be made and shipped from USA. package arrived from China of course with the slim fit they are known for which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Never again!

Well darn, I also ordered from this site. Still nothing. Charge went through though. I guess I am learning the hard way. New to this online ordering. May never do it again.

  18. I have tried several times to get an answer or a return authorization. Was told to send a picture of the dress I want to return. That was considered undeliverable. I Am very disappointed in this company. I feel it is a scam and will call my credit card company immediately!!

I ordered from this company several weeks ago and got a tracking # saying they were shipped but when I tried to use the tracking # it said the package had not been picked up for shipping. There are several sites with different names but when you go read about them they are all the same. What a hoax! Don’t order!!!

I am getting the same run-around. Have contacted them and they keep saying to wait a few more days. I’m going to report them to BBB.

  20. I ordered 2 maxi dresses from this site ONLY because it said it was made and shipped from the USA. I got my dresses to day and they came from China! The fabric wasn’t what I expected and I don’t know how long they will last but they are very cute and fit perfectly. I am not unhappy but I will not be ordering from them in the future which is a shame because their clothes are very cute.

Same experience here. I ordered two tops because the site said they were made in USA. When the order arrived, only one top was in the package, and the plastic bag it came in said, "Made in China." The fabric was flimsy, and there was no care label attached. I've been trying to get information about returning the item, but they just keep sending me emails requesting additional information and pictures. Thankfully, my credit card company will reimburse me and report them.

  21. I also placed an order..which l have not received. Tried with no luck to contact them. Gonna stop ordering from online sites! Only reason l did this time is because it stated that the clothes were made in Indiana!!

Received my order yesterday, Sept. 8, 2021, and was completely disappointed in the items. They are obviously knock offs from the beautiful photos they portray online.....cheaply made and totally unacceptable. Am I'm the process of getting a return authorization, and will soon see if they honor their return policy.

How are you doing with getting your authorization to return your items? I have tried with several attempts and not getting any response. I have a feeling I just lost some money with this so called comjpany

I just replied on another comment about their so-called return policy. It basically doesn't exist. I strongly urge you to contact your credit card company and file a dispute. They should get you a complete refund.

      2. I sent an email to their “24/7 Customer Service” address. It took several days to get an answer which came in at 1:00 this morning. Odd, even for their CA address. (I’m in EST.). They asked for numbers and details of the three out of four items I want to return. Not keen on the fabric of the fourth but it is the only one I would wear in public.

Let’s see how long it takes for the next reply and what they offer.

BOYCOTT ALL ADS ON FACEBOOK! Most of them are reprehensible thieves from China. Hard to trust ANYTHING on social media, especially on FB now.

    1. Yes, I should have known better than to order from this website. Items came yesterday, but they were obviously cheaply made knock offs of very expensive and well made clothing depicted on the beautiful pictures they portray online. Totally unacceptable. Shame on me for being duped.....an $83 lesson learned!

  24. Horrible customer service, do not buy from them. They lie about returns and try to bargain. Not made in Indiana

  25. I saw it said it was made and shipped in Indiana, which I then thought is was a US company, but as soon as I hit send order it came up with a Japanese response and would take 75 days to deliver. Too late then to get a refund. With all the fact checking going on on facebook why isn't this kind of stuff removed from facebook?

  26. I am so upset with myself for ordering from this company. The clothes were so cheaply made that I ordered. I’ve been trying to connect with: retaica@forbestmail.com in hopes to obtain a return authorization, with no success.
    Any suggestions?

Only ordered because it said it was a US company. Just got my credit card statement and I was charged overseas fees for the charges. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered and have not gotten any shipping info except “preparing to ship”

I received the dresses I bought yesterday almost a month later. I was extremely disappointed/dissatisfied with the quality of the material and look. There was no receipt or a return form available in the bag. I went to the website and sent an email. Then I looked online for reviews (something I should have done before purchasing) and found a number that someone posted (Thank you) it just rang and rang. This morning I got a call from a customer service person. He said do you have a computer or and iPad? I asked if they can just email me the return authorization and he said no. I said I was not comfortable giving access to my computer (it crossed my mind that that is what he was asking) he flipped out on me and started screaming at me to stop being a child that why would I say that? I told him as a customer agent he was awful and I did not appreciate being treated that way over a simple comment. He finally send me a verification to my phone and said an email will arrive in 24 hours with the return authorization. Anyway I’m hoping it happens and I can get the money back!

  30. Can they be reported to Facebook?

they claim to make their clothes and ship from Indiana. but in other shipping information it says coming to the USA is overseas. a direct lie. 35 days minimum to get clothes. I should have known better and should have read all information at bottom page not just the add for the clothing. two different sets of information.

  34. They are in China and you cannot get a full refund. Cheaply made clothes that are more of a child size than adult size. Returns have to be shipped to Asia with a cost of $50 to $60 per their support email.

  35. These clothes appear on several FB sites - all different sites, but the same ad, same clothes, same prices. They just say they are made in different US cities. I ordered, will reserve judgment until I see them, try them on. I charged to PayPal so if they are not legit - will have recourse.

  36. I ordered a dress from this site several weeks ago...to date I have received nothing and the tracking number is invalid.

These are the same clothes that were in the Curvy Lady site and it was a scam. I ordered some clothes and none of them fit and they were really cheaply made. I was not able to return anything or get my money back. I read later that it was a scam and it was a company out of China. I’m scared to order anything off of Facebook now

  40. I made the mistake of purchasing from Retaica. My items have never shipped. Please don’t buy from them.
