I purchased 2 of the electric bikes on Feb 18th, and watched as the "tracking" log was updated. On the 22nd of March the items showed as delivered. I have not received them, nor have I heard back from their "customer service"....SCAM!!!
Hi I'm purchased the same bike around the same time and watch the tracking also and I messaged them and they messaged back and said it was delivered I never received a bike I never received any more information from them so I got scam too apparently I'm not sure what to do about it
I ordered 2 patio sets, looked like it was coming from Costco. Never heard back from them. It's been just over 2 months and still haven't received the items. Can't get in touch with..... definitely a SCAM.
