What is RareCloths.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different clothing products such as t-shirts, shorts, short sleeve shirts, accessories, and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized RareCloths as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address and contact phone number has not been provided on the website. Such information shall always be provided by legit companies on their websites. So we cannot trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products in an unrealistic discounts which seems too good to be true. The price quoted on some of the products are unrealistically cheaper with the same details that other scam sites are selling.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which says that buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that RareCloths is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I ordered one shirt from them and received it in a reasonable amount of time. Called the 800 number and got good service. The shirt is beautiful. A few months ago, I wore the shirt at a local Native American casino - and a guy saw my shirt and stated: "where did you get that shirt ? - I've got to have one"!

I ordered 2 shirts. The first one came in about 3 weeks. I love the design, but it's definitely not made of the cotton blend that the listing described -- it's polyester. After about 6 weeks I got an email saying the 2nd shirt was backordered. I contacted RareCloths and they credited me for the 2nd shirt and gave me a discount on the 1st one. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered a shirt and received it in 8 days. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, and will order from Rarecloths again.

  4. I bought 9 shirts and a hat from this site, and while the items did take about 3 weeks to arrive, the shirts and hat were all very nice and I was very happy with my purchase. Shipping time was quite long, but the end result was nice shirts that look just like the pictures and fit very well

I purchased 5 shirts over the past month from RareCloths. Yes, it took about 3 weeks to arrive, but all were perfectly in order, the sizes were correct, and all the buttons were firmly attached. I suspect that they're based out of China, despite the U.S. return address, but I'm happy with the shirts. However, after reading the warnings posted here, it's doubtful that I will order from them again.

I foolishly bought two shirts from Rarecloth without looking at reviews. One turned out to be much less appealing than the photo, which was disappointing enough. The other buttoned the wrong way making it be actually a woman’s shirt/blouse, along with a missing button and an orange spot! Then the adventure of return or refund began. The buyer beware return policy has you shipping it back to China, potentially a triple digit proposition. Customer service offered 15%, then20%, and finally 25% refund. So, I’m out around $43 for two shirts going to Goodwill when you count the cost of the shirts and shipping to get them. I’ll be more diligently reading reviews in the future.

I placed an order on April 2, the order wasn’t generated in the system until April 19th, and the tracking is frozen at that point. Emails remain unanswered. Don’t get scammed!

    Buyer beware:
The rarecloths website claims to "offer our customers original, high quality and exclusive fashion products from independent designers." But they do not state that the designs are used without the permission of those independent
designers. This site uses many of my designs, all without my permission as the copyright holder. These
designs were copied from my shop on the Spoonflower.com website. Most of the shirts sold on this site use designs copied from the shops of various independent designers on Spoonflower, and are used by rarecloths illegally.

Interested in viewing some of the original artwork? Look through the Spoonflower design challenge archives; many of rarecloths "most popular" products were stolen from those collections.

The rarecloths business model is based on intellectual property theft; please do not support them.

    Thank you,

Dang! I regularly visit Spoonflower and love all the original designs.l’ve purchased lots of fabric there and actually hope to add my own designs at some point. So I am mortified to find out that the cool shirts I bought a couple of weeks ago from RareCloths is most likely stolen from legitimate artists trying to make a living. I wish I had seen this article earlier, but rest assured that from now on I will research sites BEFORE buying, and definitely will not be buying from this company in the future. Thanks for the heads up, and best wishes to you and your talent!

I bought a shirt and got it a month later. The return address says it's from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Anyway, the shirt is good quality and I'm very happy with it!

  10. GARBAGE!!!! I ordered 6 shirts. I received 3 of them and immediately cancelled the remainder of my order. Still have not received 1 cent back yet, even for the cancelled shirts which never shipped out. Of the 3 shirts I did receive, 1 was WAY too small. One had the buttons on the wrong side, the 3rd had threads coming out all over the place. In order to get the items replaced or refunded I have to pay for shipping to China which is around $40. Not only would I only I end up with about $20 after shipping expenses, but since they won't refund for the shirts I cancelled, I don't trust them to refund the shirts I send back. There "customer service" is a joke! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I bought and received a very nice shirt in a reasonable time. I agree, I wish I knew where it came from. The shipping label was covering another label. I also would like to know where and who made the shirt. Is it fair trade?

  12. I cannot get anyone to answer this question: Where are your shirts made?
