I purchased a shoe cabinet and just like the rest of you, no product. I called my bank to cancel pymt. but have to give them1 month from date of purchase to receive it, if not the bank with try to get my $ back. SO PISSED OFF>
I placed an order 2-22-23. As I saw an earlier reply they were quick to charge me for it. I still have not received my order as of today 5-22-23! I really hope that all of us get our money back but if anything comes if this i hope we can help take this company down and stop them from cheating people out of their money.

I also ordered in February and now May 2nd and I have contacted them 6 times and still no refund. Never again but I have no problem with TEMU.

I was scammed as well. Was told several times they would refund my credit card. Nope Like those before me items were never delivered. Placed order in January..its now March. Ordered £58.31 of goods to get free shipping over £50 but got charged anyway! That was on 19th February and now 25th March and still nothing and not responding to emails! I will contact credit card company for help! I should have known better!

I emailed easytogets.com . Also contacted my credit/debit card. The financial institution took care of reimbursement for items. So I'd definitely follow up. I did get email back from the company (Rachel)saying inventory was low to be patient. By that point I'd already been refunded by my financial organization. Lesson learned.

Racheal was who contacted me as well with exactly same story about inventory. I did contact bank and get $ back through the bank. Honestly I should have known better then to order. But curiosity got the better of me. Lesson learned and chapter closed. Whatever they are, I can say they are not reputable. DONT DO IT!
I agree with all of the above comments. I ordered 3 items on February 10, 2023 and I have not seen 1 item. They keep saying that they are waiting for the airline to transport my 1 item and they have not said anything about the other 2 items. It is nothing but a scam. Thank goodness I didn't spend much money, but it is so disappointing that you can't trust anybody now days.
I ordered a dress and two pairs of sneakers on February 17.2023 and I emailed them and they said they created a ticket for me, so I texted them again and they replied back that my items would be shipped ASAP but I haven't gotten anything yet.
My husband is going to have my head. He always says to look where the items are located and being shipped from. I ordered in early February. I send emails every day with only a reply of " Your request (461759) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staf" they can't even spell staff correctly & the number changes with each email. Sadly, I didn’t feel right about these ads. I thought I would order something small. I have not heard from them. It feels like a scam. How do you undo it? How do you get a refund? How do you even contact them? Why lie about it? One should be able to get a refund . Thieves

You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

Go through your banking institution. They will typically say 30/45 day to investigate, but seems to be quicker with smaller dollar. Mine took about 7days. I did also email easytogets.com and did get bogus reply from Rachel saying low inventory, be patient. It's all bogus. Get your money back from bank, move on. Too good to be true anyways right?
I'm a person with brain damage and disabilities I haven't heard anything since Feb 18 when I placed my order. It was over $60.00 now it sàys can't have an order over $50.00 so I'm guessing I won't get mine either and I'll have to fight with the credit card company to get it canceled and get my money back.uuugg

I ordered. If it is too good to be true it usually is. I did my due diligence after the fact. A little late! I tried to go to website to find out that website did not exist. I tried to go to 'quaally.shop it redirected me to 'easytogets but was not able to obtain any contact info. All the contact info provided is illegitimate.
I was at first, impressed with the photos of the products. I,too, saw the "Macy's" Name and was more drawn in. So I ordered. Nothing ever shipped. I contacted their help.info....and "somebody" answered back (no letterhead or proper signature) saying "just be patient, will you?" I knew at that point I'd been had. Then, I tried to log into their site to complain some more, but they had deleted my account. Defiantly scam. Find somewhere nearby to spend your hard-earned money. Not this place. Really grateful for De-Reviews.com for exposing trash like this.
I'm not one to order on line ,but when I got an ad from Macy's saying they have an clearance on sweaters as low as 2.99, I thought I would do something nice for myself since I'm always doing something nice for others for years.I put my order in for express, waited a week, I never received it. Macy's replied saying the account number given wasn't theirs and that the tracking number couldn't be identified in their system of an order that was made.Attention! Have your card blocked and order a new card for your safety.Lesson learned.
