wow, at least you received a toy... I ordered a foldable washing machine two months ago and I have received nothing. The Tracking number they sent me never worked. They said they were gonna send me a FEDEX tracking number but never. No Fedex Tracking number, No a foldable washing machine and no Money back.
Order confirmed Sep 15th 2020, delivered finally only Oct 28th 2020, but INCOMPLETE! Package consisted only from 3 brush heads, Electric spin scrubber as ordered was not in package. Slow communication and now is clear, it was scam, money is gone, no chance to get product. AVOID them!
Same story I ordered a foldable washing machine from this website and all I ended up with is a plastic tub. Their advertising is misleading and they do not deliver what they say they will. Not only that, but their refund never took place. I did sent a plastic tub back and asked for a refund. My email never answered, i lost my monies

The most prominant scam was the "foldable washing machine" that they are "selling".
In that page, the actual machine (which I cannot confirm whether they actually have the machine) is provided as a purchase option, which is not the default option selected when user enters the page. Rather, they put heavy emphasis on the default option, which is the plastic basin that majority of the people ended up receiving. This includes putting fire emoji in the default option to catch the user's attention, and giving the so-called "discount" for the plastic basin in item discription.
I have the same experience as Jo. I saw a great portable washing machine from Instagram and I paid for it but received a small bowl the size of my hand instead of the add itself. It's like 7 inches width and 3 inches height basin, it's like a toy. They told me that to refund it if i send the small toy but the shipping would be more than the product itself, so it's not worth it either way. That is their intention this company know to take advantage of us giving up sending silly toy back to them costs more than i paid for. I will let viewers know that not buying this product where they advertise in instagram, very misleading and a scam.
I ordered a foldable washing machine from this website and all I ended up with is a plastic tub. Their advertising is misleading and they do not deliver what they say they will. Not only that, but their refund policy is terrible, only refunding 75%! And I would have to pay shipping on my own as well. They wanted to charge me an extra $90 to get what I actually ordered. Not worth it, do NOT buy from them!
I agree, same happen to me. stuck with a plastic folding bowl, sure not a tub. not big enough to be a tub.
