PrettyLittleSofaCovers.com Review: Scam or Legit?

Pretty Little Sofa Covers, which is selling various products such as "UNIVERSAL SOFA COVER ELASTIC COVER"; "CHAIR COVER"; "SOFA CUSHION SECTIONAL COVER" and so on, doesn’t seem to be a legit or genuine online store. Does that mean PrettyLittleSofaCovers is a scam? Well, let’s find out either is a PrettyLittleSofaCovers.com scam or trustworthy and what is PrettyLittleSofaCovers.com in real through our PrettyLittleSofaCovers review here.

PrettyLittleSofaCovers complaints PrettyLittleSofaCovers fake or real PrettyLittleSofaCovers legit or fraud

Pretty Little Sofa Covers might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-

# It has provided its company's address as "1915 E Linda Vista Ave, Ventura CA, United States" on its "Privacy Policy" page instead of providing on its "Contact Us" page. It makes very difficult to find its company's address since the "Privacy Policy" page where it has provided its company's address can be found only via the bottom of the "Checkout" page. On top of that, the provided address is not an address of any company or shop but an address of the residential home. (Source: Zillow.com). And, it hasn't provided any contact phone number as well. So, this makes it a very suspicious website.

# Like lots of scam sites, this website has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is very untidy; it is selling lots of items listed on its website by providing a heavy discount rate; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites that match with multiple scam sites; as per the "Return Policy" provided on the FAQ page, it is unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges; it hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos.

# The trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton and so on provided by this site on its cart and product-detail pages are fake. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card Company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as Uvistar, ThumbGeek, Burbemall, Futurelookent, Winwinnew, V-LuckyDay, 3Sale, iBestores, Zarawn, Suepas, Pranem, Expnm, Whalegot, Logmodels, Amawen, Turkenow, Luckwa, Newmuy, Zaloray, Wearule, Wewmea, Bayozo, Sheinse, and so on.

It is clear that PrettyLittleSofaCovers is a suspicious website through our PrettyLittleSofaCovers review as above.

In February 2020, I placed an order with Pretty Little Sofa Covers for a sofa cover. They claimed that it was a custom-made product, which was why it was taking longer to deliver. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the product had four different sizes available on their website and was not made-to-order. I reached out to them on March 17th as my account had not been updated, and no merchandise had arrived. Despite making excuses, they failed to provide me with any updates.

After two months of waiting, I decided to cancel my order and sent them an email on April 15th. In response, they sent me a link to track my product, which turned out to be a dead link. I reported them to my bank on May 14th and informed them that I no longer wished to do business with them. I had already cancelled my order through their website, but there was no phone number or address available to contact them directly.

Despite my efforts, I received a letter from my bank on May 30th, stating that they were paying Pretty Little Sofa Covers for the order, even though I had cancelled it. I spoke to a supervisor and explained how their Facebook page was filled with complaints from customers who had paid for merchandise that was never delivered. Although I had received the product after cancelling the order, they claimed that it was at the post office, which was another lie as I had already checked with them.

The bank supervisor was not concerned about my situation and even added another item to my bill months later, as I had predicted. It was a frustrating experience dealing with Pretty Little Sofa Covers and my bank, but I learned a valuable lesson about doing business with companies that lack transparency and accountability.

Pretty Little Sofa Covers February 2020, I ordered a sofa cover from Pretty Little Sofa Covers. They lied and said it was a made-to-order or a custom-made product and that is why it is taking longer for delivery. It has 4 different sizes on their website and is not made to order. You just have to pick the size you want. I sent an email on March 17 because my account was not updated and no merchandise had arrived. On April 15,2020 I sent them an email to cancel the order because it was 2 months since I placed the order and all they did was make excuses. They responded by sending me a link to track my product. Only the link did not work. I sent them an email on May 14,2020 telling them that I reported them to my bank and the bank already reimbursed me. I also told them I didn't want to do business with them anymore. I had already cancelled my order through a form they have on their website. There is no phone number or address on their website so I could not call or send the sofa cover back to them which magically appeared when my bank gave me a reimbursement. On May 30, after numerous attempts to get help from Chase Bank, who I have done business with for decades, they sent me a letter telling me they were paying that company even though I cancelled the order!!!!! I spoke to a supervisor and told him how Pretty Little Sofa Covers Facebook website was filled with people complaining they were paying for merchandise that was never delivered. Pretty Little Sofa Covers has since taken down those complaints but I copied some of those complaints. I told the supervisor at Chase Bank that Pretty Little Sofa Covers sent me the merchandise only after I cancelled the order, they told me my package was in the post office, which was another lie because I called the post office and it was not there, and that I was being charged for an order I had cancelled. The bank supervisor was not concerned about my dilemma. They even added another item to my bill months later just like I told the bank supervisor they would. I have sent Pretty Little Sofa Covers numerous emails telling them that I am not satisfied with their product which they claim they will reimburse the customer for if not satisfied. At first they sent me an email saying it would cost me a lot of money to send the merchandise back to China. The email was very spiteful to me. I found out the "company" is in California. Now they just ignore my emails. This "company" needs to be investigated and my money needs be reimbursed. The Better Business Bureau has complaints they can't follow up on because this "company" has no address. After researching I was able to find their addresses. I want a full reimbursement and not 25%. They should be paying for the return and not me. I appreciate anything you can do to help me. Thank you. Online only? 4. This is a fraud, absolutely. After more thank three months, I finally received my order but the covers did not fit the chairs. I tried to return them and they gave me the runaround. They actually wanted me to send them a video to PROVE they didn't fit and this was after I sent photos of the chairs and packaging. After five emails back and forth, they still would not provide return address information nor explain a return process. The first clue should have been the tracking information all written in Chinese, making it impossible to understand. I am out over $150. Lesson learned, when a website is badly designed and challenging, stay away!

Same experience. We live on a budget and they stole my money as well. I was treating myself to a birthday gift and already feeling guilty about spending the $80. We never received the sofa cover and they kept sending confusing tracking info for 4 months. By the time I disputed it with my bank, it was too late. Placed a complaint with the BBB
