What is Plaona.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling variety of hair wigs, hairpieces, extensions, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Plaona complaints Plaona fake or real Plaona legit or fraud | De Reviews

We have suspected Plaona as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its company's address as 12th Floor, Room 210, Brooklyn, 10168, New York, United States. Google Maps can't find the exact match of its provided company address and there is no any company with name Plaona that has been mentioned on or around the partial match as well. This address is also found to be the address of other sites like Eabne, Wigscici, Vltton, and so on. The contact phone number is also missing from the website. A legit company always provides a separate company address but not the one used by several other sites. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site as an online shopping.

Although it has provided its address from USA, but on its Terms of Service page it has mentioned its Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby they provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can a company from USA be governed by the laws of the U.K.?

The email address it has provided i.e. wig@bhooung.com also does not belong to its domain name and has been used by other sites as well like Wigs, Bhooung, Bvgeli, Unbern, Jennul, WigFavorite, CiciHairs, and so on.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on its Product details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell the products at discounted price which is too good to be trusted with and most scam and suspicious site use this kind of offers to attract people to their sites.

Copied Content:

Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme matches with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites like Eabne, Wigscici, Vltton, and so on.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities which clarify that Plaona is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !
