I have ask several times for this order to be canceled and the items you shipped last time are not what I ordered. (see attached emails)
April 26th I placed the order
May 20th I received the bathing suit
May22nd I emailed asking about the rest of the items and you told me they were on back order
May22nd I told you to cancel the order
May 26th you shipped 2 items that do not match what I ordered
June 5th I sent an email stating I wanted to return those 2 items and wanted my money back
June 22nd I sent another email stating I wanted to return those items, wanted my money back and that I would report you to my credit card company for fraud if I did not hear from you in 2 days
June 26 I reported you to my credit card company for fraud
Jul 5th you sent me another shipment
*I want to return the items you have sent (at your cost since they are not what I ordered) and I want a refund.
Still waiting on an order from February. Sent three emails with no response from them....
Total Scam! I ordered 3 swimsuits and they finally arrived 2 months later. When they did they smelled HORRIBLE. A serious chemical smell! I didn’t even try them on they were that bad. I immediately contacted them to return them and I got the run around and then finally they said they wouldn’t take them back, even though I submitted photos of the suits in new condition in the bags. They said I would have to send them to China, which would cost more than their purchase price. I appealed to Pay Pal, but they failed to approve the return. DON’T waste your money. Pink Within is a total scam!
I ordered from them in January, now three months later I only received 15% of my order. The swimsuit I got, I wore once and it turned from white to green the first time I wore it. They are a SCAM!
