Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its few Product Details and Cart pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

It is providing heavy discounts on lots of products it sells that seems too good to be true to get from any legit sites.

    i TOO ORDERED THE THE BOGO 4XL BED BEDS FOR 89.99 ON OCT 10TH WITH NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND NO ANS AT THE NUMBER GIVEN

  2. I ordered the buy on get one free in September 2021. Have not received anything and they are not answering my emails so yes I have been scammed too. Hard lesson but makes you think twice to order anything online ever again

    I too ordered buy one get one bed on July 6. Beginning of September I received one bed. They told me they would give me a credit for half of my payment towards another item from them. I told them I wanted the second bed. Have emailed several times with no response. I had been asked to please be patient as they sell out every month.
    Unable to access their site any longer.

  4. SCAM! Big time scam. I too lost out, would have loved to have received my two dog beds but four months later nothing. Finally reported them to my card company. So sad to see how many people have been taken by these jerks!

  5. I ordered 2 beds at the end of Aug 2021. I’ve emailed the “so called” email numerous times. Nothing. The first one email, I got a generated response of why the delay…blah blah blah. 3 months later still trying to get ahold of someone, crickets…..I’m so disappointed, because I was looking forward to these beds for my pups. I just hate being taken advantage of. After looking at all the comments and reviews, seems like that’s all they do to people. Take our money and no product. This company should be taken offline and fined. Whatever has to be done to stop them from ripping people off.

    I am joining the SCAM PARTY! It is so disgusting that has happened to so very many customers. Has anyone considered filing a class action lawsuit? It may, or may not be one way all of scammed customers get our money back. Who knows, even get them kicked off the internet!

    Well I guess I’m in the Scam party also. I ordered the beds buy one get one. 89.99 I’ve emailed, text and made a comment every time I see there website ! I don’t want anyone else to get scammed like I did. That’s sad that they can’t get a real job they have to take from other people. Won’t happen again !! It makes me think twice if I see something I want.

    Well another person they scammed. I ordered the buy one get one bed in August and have NEVER received them. I sent an email and got a response asking for a receipt of which I sent and now....crickets. I am so disappointed and will spend my days reporting this company as a scam!

  10. I ordered 2 Small beds 3rd September and then 2 days later asked for a refund as i needed bigger beds. I did explain i would order new beds once I receive refund. Got a few e-mails back saying refund is being processed but still no money as of today 26th October.

    Was also scammed - ordered at the beginning of August 2021 and emailed them - received a order number and promises that it will be send soon, but now the site is no more and I don't receive any answer on my emails - so I guess this is why I never order without using PayPal - at least then I receive my money back!!!!

    I guess we were all scammed. I ordered the buy one get one and have not received any. Can not find out how to contact them. They did take the cost out of my bank account. I ordered it in Sept. Very disappointed.

    I guess I was scammed too. I did have someone respond to a few emails bc I never received the beds. She said they would refund my money but haven’t for months. I continue to try to contact them. Now I get no answer. No beds. No refund.

I ordered 2 beds paid for them, then was told there was no stock by a guy called Gerhard Re: Re: Order #PU321Z152530239 confirmed, this was 2 months ago, to date no replies to my emails, what crooks taking innocent peoples money, then the cheek of it sending an email to say their special offer finishes soon, on the 18th October, 2021.
    How does one go about stopping them advertising and selling their goods, not everyone checks to see if a company is legit or not

    Looks like also have been scammed. I ordered 2 beds and received nothing. Lots of emails assuring me it's on its way but nothing.

    I also ordered the BOGO deal on June 20th 2021. I finally received 1 pet bed on October 3rd 2021, and it's a piece of garbage!! After reading all the comments I consider myself lucky that I at least received 1 crappy bed.

  19. Scam site and exploitation. Disputed charge on CC. I wish facebook also did a (better) job at authenticating its ads, authenticating businesses, as well as screening country of origin. They are also responsible for enabling bad businesses

    I guess I've been scammed also. I ordered 2 xl beds with BOGO offer on September 2 nd. No response to several emails. Money was deducted from my credit card in less than 24 hours though. I will definitely not order from this company or any other advertising on Facebook ever again. I'm just hoping I receive the 2 beds at this point in time and that they are actually the correct size.

    I placed an order over a month ago… They were quick to take out my money and even through multiple correspondence they assured me that my order was shipped they were just waiting on the tracking number. Come to find out this is a fake group so now I have to deal with my bank trying to get my money back. I reported their Facebook page

    Scam is what is seems like to me too.
    Ordered almost 2 months ago. No replies to queries .it said covid delay sales buy 1 get free so I ordered 2 4xl calming beds for $130 NZ. AND NOTHING So FAR. I wonder if the credit card details can still be exploited further from this point onwards

    I placed an order on Sept 2, 2021 and still haven't received the bed. $50 later. I hope the people invoking this scam of so many pet owners who are only trying to care for their furbabies burns in hell! I'm sooooo furious!!

Purchased 8/7/2021 and received the initial email that items being packaged but nothing further Emailed the Hello@petsunlimitedonline.com and got a response from a gerard@pets-unlimited-c8fOa2fc286a.intercom-mail.com that it would takes 24-48 hrs to provide an update...a week passed and I emailed again to cancel and refund and got the same email 24-48hr. So I emailed fri that I would be reporting them to BBB and canceling the payment. This is ridiculous how they are allowed to scam people like this.

    I have been in contact with my bank, who have been so helpful. My money is being credited to my account today. The company is well known as a scam.
    Just to let you know I paid for the goods on 14 August 2021
    I emailed the company on 01 September 2021 asking for an update

    Oh dear it seems I too have been scammed (furious). Such a pity I didn't read the reviews before spending my money. Lesson well learned. Wish them itches where they can't scratch for the rest of their lives.

  29. I ordered BOGO on Sept 1, 2021. I have not received anything. I have sent 2 emails with no response. What an upstanding company!!NOT?

    1. Don't feel bad. I ordered the pet beds back on 7/29/21 and STILL have not gotten a thing. I've emailed several times asking to cancel the order and refund my money, but all I get is an auto response saying the please be patient and I will receive an update in 24-72 hours, which never happens since I've reached out to them at least a half a dozen times. I will continue to email them just for the sake of nagging the crap out of them, but I'm not hopeful I'll get my money back. Lesson learned.

    I also purchased the BOGO pet beds on August 26th and have yet to get anything from this company! I have sent several Emails and have gotten a response from "Ray" apologizing for the delay and thanking me for my patience. I have asked for a refund more than once, but this isn't even addressed in the Emails. I know that I have been scammed; lesson learned! Just remember, Pets Unlimited,.....,Karma

  32. I ordered two large beds on 28th July, received the initial confirmation email but no shipping email and nothing since. Emailed a couple of times- no response! Don’t buy from them!

      I placed order for 2 **L beds for American bullies. I recieved 1 that is not even a large.....this is BS! The WAIT WAS 2 MONTHS AND TO ONLY RECIEVE 1. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THE HASSLE, THE FALSIFYING OF SIZE OF PRODUCT. I could have bought at feed store and got one 3ft x 5 ft FOR same price. DISAPPOINTED IN PRODUCT

    1. I was scammed also. Ordered 2 beds from the bogo . in Sept. I have emailed multiple times and I don't even get a response back. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. That was on me. Such a shame there are such scammers out there

    Follow up to initial comment. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. AND I informed Pets Unlimited that I had done so. I am now, at least, getting actual responses from them. Several different people asking me for order number....
    Which THEY should have or be able to locate by name and shipping address.
    So I still feel like I am getting the run around
    I suggest everyone to file complaint with BBB. If more people do it, maybe it would get results!!

    I made a purchase on 8/24, received a notice through SHOP that it shipped. That was about 3 weeks ago! Still nothing! Was able to find an email and wrote saying that I wanted a refund. Received a response saying that my color was out of stock and that it would be in stock “next week”. They were sorry to hear that I wanted to cancel the order and they will check with their fulfillment center to see if a refund can be made?? I wrote back saying that didn’t make any sense what what the fulfillment center said if they don’t even have the items in stock?!? also questioned what the heck was it that they supposedly shipped three weeks ago?? No response since! I feel so humiliated!! I have learned a valuable lesson that cost me over $80!!

    I ordered 2 beds on a bogo special too…It’s been 2 months…all I’ve received a emails about COVID slowing shipping ! I’m not understanding how they are allowed to have a online store …Who regulates this. Nobody!!! Hell why don’t everyone pop one up…I was a sucker… I’m sure there are a lot more out there that will send money! SMH

    I have been waiting for a month now for my bogo beds that i purchaser. I says that it was shipped over three weeks ago I and still waiting for my beds. I have written to the company three times and continue to get the run around. At this point and time I'm just assuming I've been scammed out of my money.

    I ordered two beds (BOGO) for $24.95. Good deal right? Got a confirmation text that order was received and another text would be sent when shipped. I am still waiting. I emailed customer service and did get a response that due to their heavy volume, they would get back to me within 72 hours. That was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing since. So I guess I should've checked the company out BEFORE placing the order.

    Very disappointed. Order and paid for 2XL Comgy Calming Bed. Was thrilled when I spun the wheel and got bogo. When my order came I received. 2 small beds, These are not worth $65 for both of them. And of course my pitbulls do not fit on them. I was suppose receive 2 2xl beds 1 I paid for and 1 for free. Very disappointed. Will not order from here again.
