They will NOT honor their promise to make it easy to return or exchange products. I followed the size charge but was sent sizes too small! No way was it a large! They refused to give me the info to return it and said too expensive to send it back and to give to someone else! Think I’m gonna give it away? They kidding heh??!? I simply asked them to make the exchange but kept saying record showed I got what I ordered!! Unreal! Please please do NOT be fooled into ordering these or u will be stuck with it! What a shame!!
I bought the fast dry stretch pants in large. They look like an extra small. The only stretch is in the waistband absolutely no give in the fabric. When trying to return them I was told they are their fastest selling pant and if they didn’t fit I should give them to someone who could fit into them. So no exchange or refund. Very disappointed in product and service
Bought some pants claiming to have super stretch, not only is the fabric rigid but to small. Requested refund but dealing with the customer service team is like talking to a child like person who doesn’t even know their grammar:- you give to someone else, to expensive to return because of global pandemic, we give you refund of $3. I am appalled these replies even when I have stated their customer service policy advertised on their website. Total scam should not be advertising on Facebook or any other sites.
