Payaler complaints. Payaler fake or real? Payaler legit or fraud?

What is Payaler.com?

It is an online shopping store which is clothing and fashion products like Sweater & Cardigan, Casual Dresses, Tops, Two Piece Sets, Outerwear, Dresses, Sweatshirts, Tees, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Payaler is listed as one of the not recommended sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Payaler that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as CloudMemorie, Gabrinl, Dacelyn, LonelyArtis, ValaNio, Besoia, Ambrete, Brizka, Akorry, Choliva, Melelly, Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. pa*****@******il.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that only the problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Payaler is one of the suspicious websites.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I ordered a red shirt from payables.com. When I finally received it 6 weeks later, it was orange not red. I emailed them asking to return it and was offered $20 compensation and told to keep it. When I ask for a full refund instead, they said no, unless I paid for shipping since it came from their warehouse in Dubai. This place is awful. I will never shop there again.

I never received my items. When questioned, the response (if I get one) is to please wait a little longer. Inhave requested a refund three times!! These people are a total scam. Too bad because clothes look so cute. You will also notice that there is a statement on the sites reviews that only helpful or appropriate comments are kept. HAH. So if they dont like what you say….

I ordered 2 blouses for my wife for Christmas, received it on 12/21 contacted them 12/25 requested an return authorization# after 2 attempts they requested photo's sent them immediately sent a third email still no response, hours later I received an email stating "we can refund you USD $30. as compensation and keep the items that don't fit.

  5. I ordered a top size 2x. They advertise made and shipped from USA. The top was not sparkling as shown and the sleeves were too long and the bodice too small. Return is to China NOT USA. $30 to return to China and the address is not complete enough to make custom paperwork. Never again! Scam false advertising

  6. I ordered 4 womens tops about 11/6 - AFTER reading where they confirmed they are in the US. I started to inquire about the shipment weeks later and they said they were waiting for 1 more to be made...???. I told them to cancel it and a few days later I got an email saying they would then ship the 3 ready items. I did get a refund for the 1 item already. BUT needed 2 by 12/3&4 events. Did not get, but had got an email 12/1 stating shipped 11/29 from town in So Cal, but still not here in No Cal 12/20. A few days ago I told them I wanted an update as the USPS tracking# sent on 12/1 still says it was received to ship at the So Cal town it noted on 11/29. They did respond stating thankyou for your patience, shipment is being readied. I responded today that if I did not have an update I could track by tomorrow, I will file the claim at Paypal with the thread of emails, will refuse the shipment and let them track the non-working tracking# back to themselves. WHAT A DUMMY I AM!

  7. I ordered from this company on Nov. 3rd, 2021 and finally got my order today, Dec. 20th, 2021. The materials are cheapy and dull. They don't look like the pictures and you can't get your money back unless there is a quality issue, and then only in the first 30 days. I will be far more careful in the future.

  8. I received a so-called email from this company on Nov 30th, stating my 3 holiday tops had shipped.
Well .. it’s Dec 17h, and they haven’t even arrived to USPS in the States. HIGHLY upset, and frustrated I fell for this. I will be calling my bank tomorrow .
AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS - no matter how cute the clothes are. ITS A FAKE
