Payaler complaints. Payaler fake or real? Payaler legit or fraud?

What is Payaler.com?

It is an online shopping store which is clothing and fashion products like Sweater & Cardigan, Casual Dresses, Tops, Two Piece Sets, Outerwear, Dresses, Sweatshirts, Tees, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Payaler is listed as one of the not recommended sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Payaler that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as CloudMemorie, Gabrinl, Dacelyn, LonelyArtis, ValaNio, Besoia, Ambrete, Brizka, Akorry, Choliva, Melelly, Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. pa*****@******il.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that only the problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the aforementioned facts, it can be concluded that Payaler is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

I ordered the product and received it only after 2 months, the dimensions were completely different and the product was very cheap, I didn't even want to touch it. There is no address to return the product, no phone either. Do not order from here.

I ordered two sweaters mid November. They have been charged on my credit card but have not received them. Probably a scam!

  3. Don’t count on getting anything in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered on November 20th and there was absolutely no sign of my items being shipped until I asked for my money back a couple of days ago. They sent a message the next day saying it has shipped. Yet as of today - my Order hasn’t been received at the post office for shipping. When I question it - they say to be patient. I would not recommend anyone order from them.

I have not received my 2 ordered sweaters . From now on I will be more careful .

  5. I ordered 3 sweaters three weeks ago and have not received them. They have no phone number and will not respond to numerous e-mails. This is a scam. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

  6. I placed 2 orders & did finally receive the clothing that doesn't fit & nobody answers for returning the items.

Paid $92.46 total and it’s probably gone
What worries me is they got my information on my card !!!
    Very upset

    1. Just call your cc company and cancel the order. That is what I am doing. Capitol one is the best. If they don’t hear from them they will refund your money.
