  1. If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered an engagement ring on 11/29 and it is now 2/28. I still have nothing to show for the hundreds of dollars I spent. I contacted the company and was lied to on two separate occasions. Their commercials state if you are ordering for a special date to contact them which I did. I was provided a tracking number that shows a status of missent and I had to contact them once again where I was finally provided a working tracking number only to find out it was sent after I requested a refund so I could go somewhere else. Patrick Adair ruined my proposal and doesn't care in the least. Rebekah is the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Whatever you do not purchase from Patrick Adair unless you want to be mislead.

  2. I’d say this is either an outright scam or just a poorly staffed company that doesn’t care about staying in business. After waiting 2.5 months for our rings, I have decided to do a chargeback. I never received any sort of update unless I reached out to them. Each email response contained lies about delivery times and empty promises. AVOID at all costs.

I've just had the worst experience with Patrick Adair. I've been designing a cremation ring with them for the past month only to be told today that they cannot make the ring. The ring has been approved by Patrick Adair at every step of the process, but now I'm back at square one. It's now a month after my wife's passing, and I'm so frustrated with having to start over completely. Avoid doing business with this company, and check the BBB for other useful reviews regarding the quality of their work.

They’re frauds over there, had to go through my bank to get a refund issued for a ring I purchased several months ago!! Don’t trust these guys.

  6. When they are behind on orders they will not start on rings unless a customer complains, 17 weeks wait on a ring that is supposed to take 8-10. I had to go through paypal to get a refund since they refused to give me one when I asked nicely.

  7. SCAM. He may have started his business as a youtube channel but Patrick is far from involved with his rings anymore. The rings are now made by the cheapest labor. If you happen to receive your ring at all it is horrible quality. For the price they are asking you should get quality. They ran kickstarter with another company "CarbonFi". They never delivered my ring for years now and they said it was because Carbonfi didn't hold up their end. If you look at the carbonfi website it says it is owned by patrick adair designs. Big Scam! I have researched more into this as I don't want others to lose money like I did. They have done this several times. Patrick Adair Designs and Tyler Wright have "collaborated" on Kickstarters and then no delivery and they both blame the other. It is the same company scamming people.

  8. Avoid like the plague. My dealings with them have been a nightmare. The first ring I ordered arrived looking nothing like the photos used to sell it. Terrible craftsmanship. Returned it for store credit. Put the store credit toward one of their meteorite rings - bigger mistake. Had to return it several times (at my own expense) because they kept getting it wrong (ordered domed profile - was sent flat profile amongst other issues). At one point after returning the ring again, I asked about it and was told "oh, we are training a new guy so your ring isn't ready". Asking again at later date I was sent a bill as if I was a new customer and I had to remind them they already had my ring and were supposed to be correcting it. Every time I returned the ring, it came back looking worse than when I sent it in. Quality control is not in their vocabulary. I finally accepted the last ring they sent me despite it not being to my satisfaction. I was so frustrated at this point I just wanted to be done with them. It took over a year to finally get the ring. And now, just recently, I returned it to be refinished under their lifetime warranty - It came back to me looking like it had been spray painted matte black. It was beyond ugly. How they thought this was acceptable and sent it back to me that way boggles my mind. I give up. Over a thousand dollars down the toilet and I'm stuck with a ring I will never wear because they cannot be trusted to fix their mistakes. The incompetence of their craftsmen and customer service is astonishing to me. I have never dealt with a company this terrible. I hope somebody reads this if only to spare them the misery I went thru trying to get satisfaction. Save yourself a ton of grief and stay far, far away from this company.

    1. Wish I had seen this before going for the matching Stardust, as wedding rings wedding no less.
We have the same issue of quality and rings looking miles away from what it's advertised. We sent a mail within the week it was shipped but they did not respond, still waiting after what might be a month.
It's a nightmare as you said. The rings aren't cheap, and the quality doesn't follow. We not only have to find other rings now but also have to bear the cost of the ugly rings they sold us.

I fully agree with you, anyone who reads this please do not buy from them. The nice reviews you saw might definitely not be what you get, and recovering your money will be impossible.
If it's not a scam it's very, very, very close to. They show you one thing and can sell you something of a way poorer quality and look. Do not be blinded by the videos and/or positive reviews.
Save yourself, look but don't buy. If you want a custom ring take the inspiration and make a project with a trusted jewellery designer or site with more certifications.

I've purchased several things from the site over thepast four months and have found everything to be as described with unusually quick delivery times. I do wish they had a phone # to call but they do respond almost immediately to my email. I'm sticking with them for now.

I have recently bought a black Ceramic men's ring with the meteorite featured inlay. .... The inlay is supposed to charge up in bright lights or sunlight and to a slight extent it does glow for a short time .... But nowhere near as spectacularly as the advert would have you believe.
Also ... The finnish of the central inlay round the circumference of the ring is not of the quality that I expected on a ring costing £244 .
In all, I wouldn't buy from Patric Adair Designs again.

He is literally a YouTube channel. It'd be hard to scam people with as many subscribers as he has.
