I've got the same situation , before I ordered the shirt I e-mailed them to find out if it was a slim fitting shirt , there response was it was normal fitting shirt so i ordered a large Night Madrid Long Sleeve Stripped Blue Shirt in large , when it arrived today I opened packaging and noticed the size was 3 XL I removed all the packing and tried on , way to small to do up buttons in stomach area ! so i got on there website to review return policy and told to contact noonroyal.returnscenter.com and there it states Non-returnable Item , so i contacted Customer support and waiting for a reply back , I hope I'm not out $43.35 USD or $56.25 Canadian Funds , I guess you have to watch were you buy things on the internet ! as they say BUYER BEWARE ???
3 months trying to EXHANGE an incorrect sixe on three shirts purchased. No response. Ironically the shirts are of great quality and feel wonderful, and I would have order tons more as a result, but simply can't seem to get any response other than (we will be in touch shortly) response from their emails and the phone number found online goes to voice mail. Lets see how that works. NOTE: The company sells products and labels similar to those advertised by another online company called MARCO BASICS so I think they are the same company as the sites are almost identically laid out.
