If you're looking for a review of Nanccy, you've come to the right place. We've broken things down in a simple and straightforward way to help you understand the essentials about this site. After reviewing it thoroughly, we’ve given Nanccy a 40/100 TrustScore (How TrustScore Is Calculated?), indicating significant concerns. Read through this page to find out whether Nanccy.com is a scam or a company you can trust.

Nanccy complaints. Nanccy fake or real? Nanccy legit or fraud?

What is Nanccy.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling bikinis, swimwear, one piece, sunglasses, and so on. Further, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Nanccy as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

Lots Of Customer Complaints:

Nanccy has garnered numerous complaints across the internet, particularly on review platforms like Trustpilot. Many users have shared negative experiences, reporting issues such as poor product quality, poor customer service, and difficulty to get refund.

These widespread complaints raise concerns about the legitimacy of the site and its operations. The fact that numerous individuals have reported similar issues on well-known review sites suggests that the site may not be trustworthy, and potential customers should be cautious before making any purchases.

Company Addresses:

Previously, Nanccy provided details of its parent company and address as mentioned below. However, it has since removed these details and no longer provides any company name or address, which is a major red flag.

Initially, Nanccy listed the parent company as Firsple Information Technology Co., Ltd. with the address: RM1402, 14/F BLDG D, Wanda Plaza, Hangxing Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

However, Google Maps does not show an exact match for this address, and there is no business under the name Nanccy or Firsple Information Technology Co., Ltd. at or near this location. Instead, other businesses are listed in the vicinity. Furthermore, we discovered that this same company name and address have been used by several other websites, including Feelool, Zoloss, Venisy, Ciloole, Honyy, Wigyy, and others. A legitimate company would provide a unique, verifiable address that can be confirmed through a simple Google search, not one that is shared by multiple other online stores.

The second address listed was on Nanccy’s Terms of Service page at the Checkout section: Firsple Limited: RM1302, 13/F CHEONG K BLDG, 84-86 DES VOEUX RD CENTRAL, HONG KONG. However, there is no company under the name Nanccy or Firsple Limited registered at or near this address either.

The third address provided is a USA return address, listed on the second Refund Policy page at Checkout: 68 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, CA, USA. But once again, there is no business under the name Nanccy in this location either, and the surrounding area hosts other businesses, not the company claimed by Nanccy.

To make matters worse, providing multiple addresses and different policies across various pages is not a good sign for a legitimate online store. A trustworthy company typically maintains consistent and easily verifiable contact details. Given these discrepancies and the lack of transparency, it’s clear that Nanccy is not a company we should trust for online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell the products at unrealistic discounted prices which is too good to be trusted with and most scam and suspicious site use this kind of offers to attract people to their sites.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as the its website theme are also matching with other similar type of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on our detailed review, Nanccy raises multiple red flags due to which we can't recommend this online store. With inconsistent and unverifiable company addresses, duplicate policies, and a lack of transparency regarding its operations, and lots of complaints from customers, Nanccy fails to meet the standards of a legitimate business.

I placed two orders of two pairs of shoes in each order and was told "I should get them by Christmas. The one order arrived days after Christmas and the shoes looked nothing like the advertisement. They looked like a very cheap imitation plus they had dirt marks and dark toe marks/impressions as though they were used. I was offered 30% refund on the cost of the shoes and I could them keep them. I replied that the 30% was not acceptable and I did not want them nor did I feel it was fair to have to pay international charges to ship them back . To this day I have received nothing. The second order which was a Christmas gift showed up over a month past Christmas so after a few weeks I sent her a different giftj. My sister in law did not want to hassle with returning the order, which is what I am sure Nanccy Co. is what they count on in many instances. They do not even deserve the one star.

I ordered and received 2 pairs of shoes. As the person above mentioned, they are nothing like the photos shown on their website and are unbelievably cheap. I would not even give them to a homeless person. I immediately told them to cancel my order once I saw the reviews here and they advised it had shipped and offered a 20% discount for me just to keep their awful shoes. They sent the wrong size on one pair and I sent a photo to them at their request confirming same and requested my money back which they refused. They wanted to send the correct size and give me 10% off to keep them and when I complained further, they offered 20% off. I'm calling my bank on Monday to see if there is anything I can do. Also, I want to file a formal complaint against this company as we all should so that they won't be allowed to sell in the United States.

  3. They never gave me a invoice, never acknowleged receiving my order. I contacted them many times and got a response that did not address my questions. Then they finally gave me the tracking number after many times asking for it. The number is false. I told them to cancel my order. They asked many personal questions and the tracking co they sent me to 17TRACK. IS VERY suspicious and asks for phone number, and information.

I am very dissatisfied with Nanccy. I ordered a pair of shoes they came like 2 months later they charged my card immediately after purchase. The only way to contact them is through email and they don't reply to your emails right away. Once I received them they didn't fit my custom brace. So I requested to return them and have a full refund. I think that they are a suspicious company. The shoes are shipped from somewhere in China and they don't provide a phone number at all. The only way to reach them is through email and they don't respond right away or at all. I did receive a reply back about returning my shoes and they tried to talk me out of returning the shoes and I replied to the email and I have yet to hear from them. ????

I was also ripped off by Nanccy
The boots I received don’t even resemble what I ordered and they took forever to arrive.
I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t let me.
I have received an offer to be refunded a partial amount, but then never got a response to my response.

I had done a search on shoes with arch support and Nanccy came up. I ordered two pair of shoes. Mistake!! Worst shoes ever and NO arch support. I requested a refund and they offered me 20% or mail them back to Hong Kong for a refund. Really bad mistake on my part and I not only unsubscribed but gave shoes to Good will.

Ordered 2 pair of boots for my wife. CHEAP CRAP. They were 50% off but still cost me $115 for the two pair. Don't fall for the marketing photos. I wish I would have done my research before hitting the purchase button to realize these were made in China. I think their scam is changing the company name frequently to avoid accumulating a bunch of bad reviews.

Avoid at all cost. What you end up getting is NOTHING like what they are advertising! The material they use is cheap! The design is half-a**ed! They couldn't even make an effort in designing a shoe box to ship out the boots my fiance ordered!... Do not waste your money at all because your going to be faced with disappointment and then go through a huge hassle trying to get a refund, because they can't even get that right... They expect you to pay for shipping to send what you ordered back and only will give you back 20% of what you paid. What kind of nonsense is that?! You mislead people and then when they are not satisfied and request a refund you tell them "Sorry, I will only give you back a percentage..."?! Seriously horrible....
