Secondly, we found that this parent company name or/and address is used by several other website like Feelool, Zoloss, Venisy, Ciloole, Honyy, Wigyy, etc. Legit company always provide its own separate registered company address that can be verified on the Google Search but not the one used by multiple other sites.
Second address is provided on its second Terms of Service page placed on its Checkout page as Firsple Limited: RM1302. 13/F CHEONG K BLDG, 84-86 DES VOEUX RD CENTRAL, HONGKONG. There is no any company with the name Nanccy or Firsple Limited that has been mentioned on or around this address as well.
Third address it has provided is from USA as returned address on its second Refund Policy page at Checkout page: 68 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, CA, USA. However, around this address also there are other businesses mentioned on the Google Maps but not any business with name Nanccy.
On top of that, providing double policies and multiple addresses on different policies is not a sign of legit online store. Hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping destination.

I also ordered shoes from Nancy. Came but are too small. No reply to my inquiry about exchanging. Yes I feel they are not legit. Too bad for all of us. Guess we learn from experience. I am out $76.99.
How long did it take to get them
I too got taken by Nanccy .com. I ordered three pairs of shoes. One pair has an ill-fitting, stretched strap which I cannot wear the other one of that pair is a little better. I contacted them. They made me send in pictures to prove my case (how insulting) then they offered me a $10 coupon, then a $20. coupon and when I refused they told me to ship them back to China. At a cost of what probably would be approx $60 + - I don't think so.
These people are not legit. Also, I received a message from google early on that they could not determine if this was a legitimate business. I should have paid attention. My computer also got hit with a very mysterious message which took Geek Squad to clear up. Don't know if the computer message is connected but I have to wonder.
Also, I sent payment through Pay Pal I'm going to see there is any help there.
I, too, learned the hard way, after ordering what looked like leather boots, and getting plastic. OMG what a shock. Thank Goodness, after going back and forth with a gazillion emails to China who refused to honour a refund that their website clearly stated they would give, I thought of PayPal. They immediately refunded my payment. Thank YOU PayPal! I only order from reputable sites now, from stores I know and trust, no matter how cute the product or how good the deal! Lesson learned.
I order 3 pair All nr 41..and the side look like it was in Nederland...got 1 par 38..1 par 40..one 41..to small for Europa..I cant get a returnadresse..thei dont answer. Kriminal pepol bihinde..dont sjopp with thia Nanccy .com company ewer.
Don’t be fooled into purchasing their shoes! I purchased two pairs, took two months to
get. These are made in china and there is no warehouse in the United States to ship to us
When I finally did the two I ordered wrong size was sent. I couldn’t return them but they
Offered to send me one pair not two. Told them ok figuring I would never get any money
returned to me anyways. Long story short did get a pair wrong color wrong size.
So I’m stuck with what I have. The only source of communication is through

It seems as though “ripping people off” is a recurring theme with this company. I email them at least once a day, usually more, and they have offered nothing that is acceptable in the way of a refund. The return shipping cost is prohibitive considering that I only ordered one pair of shoes, but I have offered to donate the shoes in their name, however for some reason this is not acceptable to them. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, order shoes or any other item from this site because you will be disappointed, frustrated, and downright when you try to deal with their customer service which is an oxymoron considering they have zero understanding of that concept.
Nanccy is the worde company I've ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I have 2 pair sandals to be returned and so far I've received one reply as to what was wrong with them, even I told them in first email. Dont be taken in by them You'll never get your money back.
I bought 2 pair if their crystal sneakers with arch supports. It took 2 months for them to come in a plastic bag from China. The quality is very cheap. There are no arch supports as claimed. I put my own inserts in them and they didn’t fit properly but were so cheaply made that I could tell they would fall apart quickly. I had to fight with for a refund. They had me send them back to China and it cost $28 dollars. They said they’d give me a full refund once they got them. It took over a month for them to receive them. They will not refund the shipping. DO NOT BUY FORM THEM!

I got sent four pair of shoes when I only ordered two pair of shoes how do I send them back they are very cheaply made and do not fit properly
Finally found a brand of shoe that fits my swollen feet and are comfortable enough to wear all day. So, I am saying Goodbye to the house-shoes that I wore everywhere. Even to my own embarrassment, but I had no other choice until now. Thank you for making a shoe that helps me and looks great too.
Took two months to arrive. Ordered a size 7.5 american. The shoe is cute but absolutely nothing on the shoe as far as label, what they are made of or even size. They were at least one or even two sizes too big. Can't find a way to complain or send them back. That's $44.00 I will never see again.

Yes, me too. I’m out $46. Even though their website has a “60 Hassle Free Return” they won’t send me a prepaid return label or refund my money. A very expensive donation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS.

I just received my 2 pairs nothing like the advertisement. ! The send i must pay return! Super low quality product 80 dollars to the trash!
I have sent 4 emails requesting a refund as per their site to send to "services@nanncy.com" within 60 days from purchase. No response at all. It looks like i am gonna get rip off here. No way to contact them except email.

Be diligent and email them every morning, I had tons of emails with them doing a waiting game to run out the clock on the 60 Day Easy returns they advertise....
I finally got their approval after they made me other multiple offers. I mailed, (my cost to mail was $27) the shoes to an address they gave me in an email. Finally received confirmation last week on my full refund. Good luck - Nanccy is a scam

I bought 2 pairs of sandals costing me $71.99. To return to their return address was to China! USPS return cost with tracking number was $76.00. 1st Nanccy says keep the sandals and will refund 10% ($7.20). After 3 weeks going back and forth with emails, Nanccy offered 20% refund ($15.00). All I wanted was a FREE RETURN LABEL to send it back and get a full refund, and I am firm about it. Their website still says FREE RETURN! It is scam!
Same thing happened to me. Their products look adorable online although not as good of quality as I would like them to be. Have tried to contact them and their lasted response was to send me an address in China to ship them back on my dime. My advice is to pass on this website.
I placed two orders of two pairs of shoes in each order and was told "I should get them by Christmas. The one order arrived days after Christmas and the shoes looked nothing like the advertisement. They looked like a very cheap imitation plus they had dirt marks and dark toe marks/impressions as though they were used. I was offered 30% refund on the cost of the shoes and I could them keep them. I replied that the 30% was not acceptable and I did not want them nor did I feel it was fair to have to pay international charges to ship them back . To this day I have received nothing. The second order which was a Christmas gift showed up over a month past Christmas so after a few weeks I sent her a different giftj. My sister in law did not want to hassle with returning the order, which is what I am sure Nanccy Co. is what they count on in many instances. They do not even deserve the one star.
I ordered and received 2 pairs of shoes. As the person above mentioned, they are nothing like the photos shown on their website and are unbelievably cheap. I would not even give them to a homeless person. I immediately told them to cancel my order once I saw the reviews here and they advised it had shipped and offered a 20% discount for me just to keep their awful shoes. They sent the wrong size on one pair and I sent a photo to them at their request confirming same and requested my money back which they refused. They wanted to send the correct size and give me 10% off to keep them and when I complained further, they offered 20% off. I'm calling my bank on Monday to see if there is anything I can do. Also, I want to file a formal complaint against this company as we all should so that they won't be allowed to sell in the United States.
They never gave me a invoice, never acknowleged receiving my order. I contacted them many times and got a response that did not address my questions. Then they finally gave me the tracking number after many times asking for it. The number is false. I told them to cancel my order. They asked many personal questions and the tracking co they sent me to 17TRACK. IS VERY suspicious and asks for phone number, and information.
I am very dissatisfied with Nanccy. I ordered a pair of shoes they came like 2 months later they charged my card immediately after purchase. The only way to contact them is through email and they don't reply to your emails right away. Once I received them they didn't fit my custom brace. So I requested to return them and have a full refund. I think that they are a suspicious company. The shoes are shipped from somewhere in China and they don't provide a phone number at all. The only way to reach them is through email and they don't respond right away or at all. I did receive a reply back about returning my shoes and they tried to talk me out of returning the shoes and I replied to the email and I have yet to hear from them. ????

I had done a search on shoes with arch support and Nanccy came up. I ordered two pair of shoes. Mistake!! Worst shoes ever and NO arch support. I requested a refund and they offered me 20% or mail them back to Hong Kong for a refund. Really bad mistake on my part and I not only unsubscribed but gave shoes to Good will.
we ordered and received two shipments of sandals from the Nanccy, one to Scottsdale, AZ and another to Calgary, Canada, they are a bit slow to our emails but shoes arrived and are in v.good conditions, this vendor is legit in our opinion
Ordered 2 pair of boots for my wife. CHEAP CRAP. They were 50% off but still cost me $115 for the two pair. Don't fall for the marketing photos. I wish I would have done my research before hitting the purchase button to realize these were made in China. I think their scam is changing the company name frequently to avoid accumulating a bunch of bad reviews.
Avoid at all cost. What you end up getting is NOTHING like what they are advertising! The material they use is cheap! The design is half-a**ed! They couldn't even make an effort in designing a shoe box to ship out the boots my fiance ordered!... Do not waste your money at all because your going to be faced with disappointment and then go through a huge hassle trying to get a refund, because they can't even get that right... They expect you to pay for shipping to send what you ordered back and only will give you back 20% of what you paid. What kind of nonsense is that?! You mislead people and then when they are not satisfied and request a refund you tell them "Sorry, I will only give you back a percentage..."?! Seriously horrible....

very cheaply made, the soles on the black boots I ordered showed up with beige colored soles not black as advertised, and brass colored zipper instead of a black zipper, most uncomfortable boots, insoles and everything under the vinyl appears to be cardboard. The style looked so cute and they could have been great if that style was made with quality
Scam alert! I ordered "Elegant Orthopedic Shoes" from Nanccy! Do not believe their website claims of "60 Days Easy Return" and "Hassle Free Return Policy!" I have emailed "service@nanccy.com" and messaged the company via their website numerous times to obtain a "return authorization number" and a mailing address, both of which are required for a return. No response. This appears to be a fraudulent business. Their website contains information cut and pasted from other sites such as "Nektom Watches."
I ordered their boots which are actually nice but they didn't fit, I ordered men's size 9.5 US and they fit like a men's size 8. I have emailed their service every day for the past week and nobody has responded. I guess I'm just stuck with $60.00 boots I'll give to a homeless person.
This company has cheap merchandise which is nothing like advertised on their website. It took me more than one month to receive only 2 out or the 3 items I ordered and I could have purchased them in a dime store. The design and fit are atrocious and the bathing suits are made of the flimsiest and cheapest materials--thinner than leotards. There is no way to send them back as they come from some obscure address in China. The California addresses listed on their website are non existent. Buyer beware.
