I ordered shoes from naked wolfe. Since it cost 330 euros, customs tax was charged and the tax was equal to the price of the shoe. So I applied to send the shoes back and requested that the shipping fee be covered. However, the company told me that they would not pay the return shipping after keeping my goods at customs for 1 week. Also, the tax fee I will pay has increased.
