However, Google Maps can't find the exact match of the provided company's address. On top of that, on its Terms & Conditions page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. If it is from China, then why its services shall be governed by the laws of France? Further, it has also provided its warehouse addresses but all of them are from the USA, none of them are from France. And, it hasn't provided the contact phone number as well. So, this makes it a very suspicious website.
# It has provided its contact email address as "murtisol@beforeship.com" which is not related to its domain name. On top of that, there is no website online with domain Beforeship.com. Mostly, scam sites are found to be providing such email addresses.
# Some content provided on its website match with multiple scam sites.
# It hasn’t secured its website properly with security services like McAfee or Norton, etc. So, if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information might be stolen.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I have tried to order parts from them with no answer. Just a runaround. Don't buy anything from them.
I've attempted to contact Murtisol for 9 months to no avail. I have had amazon attempt as well and they have had no response. I've even attempted FB and IG and nothing!! I'm trying to get a pump replaced on a paddleboard that I purchased. Paid for the 2yr warranty and after one year, the pump cracked. All I need is a new pump replaced or direct me to a new pump, but nothing. Amazon is currently sending an e-mail to corporate headquarters to RED FLAG this company!!
I bought a paddle board from Walmart that was a Murtisol.. It doesn’t hold air so I requested their help a few days later they requested an order number which I had to dig and find.. I sent it to them with the receipt and it’s been three weeks later and I still don’t have anything back from them.. I’m frustrated and angry because it wasn’t a cheap board and thought since I bought it from Walmart it was a legitimate company so didn’t do any research.. I email everyday to them with a copies because they don’t have a telephone number to call them direct.. Learnt a lesson to do research before buying any brand item
