Ordered and pain for a water fountain in May still not received it just emails apologising saying it's been shipped once

This so-called company is nothing but liars, scam artists and absolutely not to ever deal with. If anyone EVER purchases anything online, and you are given a tracking number beginning with "LV" IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR bank/credit card company and cancel the payment! You will NEVER get your package. Tracking numbers beginning with those two letters are scams, non existent numbers. I too made the mistake of ordering from this garbage company in July, it's now end of November, still not got it, and fighting with them over where the 4th resend shipment is. I am not letting up in their scanning, They can keep sending out a hundred reshipments. Not that they do, I have no doubt zero shipments were EVER sent, and all tracking numbers I was given were just false made up numbers that really didn't even exist. Perhaps, Canada and Usa customs should be put on alert to REALLY examine every package that actually does real a border. This truly is the type of low life company that would without a doubt ship illegal crap instead of true purchases

I ordered a garden chair in July for my husband's 70th. Still not received it they have given me another tracking number.
It now says check with your neighbours and post office. The same messages as before.

!Definately buyer beware! Pretty much the same as everyone above. Ordered a couple electric water water toys. One apparently to Toronto and the other in Ottawa and I live in Vancouver. 6 months later back and forth emails, be patient, please confirm if I would like them to ship me some others, saying yes each time, and now, they are a small store and it would be better for them to ship instead of refund. Still nothing. Complete scam.

Ordered chits in July. Lost count of emails sent asking for refund. Twice told items had been delivered. Fobbed off all the time. Do NOT deal with this company

Same issue. Ordered a table on 7/14/2022 and paid $10 more for fast [4-day]shipping. After repeated emails they said on 7/30 that it was shipped - BUT to the wrong address. Asked for my money back but they said they were a small company, couldn't afford it and that IT WAS Shipped. Then sent us another tracking number that went somewhere else. This continued for every couple of days. It is now 10/18/2022 and no table and each time they say it will be resolved in 7-10 days. BIG SCAM - STAY AWAY!!

Ordered garden parasol in July and informed that it would be 14 days delivery.
On 28th September they asked for a few more days
7th October asked for 3 more days before delivery.
9th October asked for another 3 more days.
10th October asked for more time.
Obviously ,it's a scam but they keep responding to emails which is bizarre.
Don't know why, they have my money.
Apparently my goods arrived at Heathrow airport (I live an hour's drive away) then moved to Northern Ireland.
Please don't feed this company with any more money for order's you will never receive.

Exactly the same experience as the other comments. Ordered garden chairs, never arrived. Told to “check with our neighbours or the post office”. Then when we go back to them it’s always “be patient” but they refuse to refund or provide any proof of postage. Total scam.

I ordered two garden chairs in June 2022, it's now the end of September and they still haven't arrived. Tracking number says they've been sitting in Stockton-on-Tees since August.
All email messages are replied with "please be patient". I told them my patience had run out and asked for a refund, but have now been told to check with my neighbours if they've got them and the local post office. What a farce, lesson learnt I guess, but I will keep pursuing.
