Yes, they are. I did not check out this website until I received my product. This wig is a HOT MESS. Anyone going to shop from this website, PLEASE DON'T. I am going to my refund, I gave them 24hours for the information that I will need to send this mess back. ** PLEASE DO NOT ORDER NOTHNG FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A FAKE AND SCAM** You will not be happy at all.
They are scammers, I order 3 wigs . they look so different from the pictures on their website. wrong curl patterns no lace at the front , one of the wigs look like someone use it already , that particular wig suppose to be a straw curl pattern but they sent me a loose curl. The curls are matted like an old used wig.They put some cheap fragile mesh at the hairline . Very horrible wigs, very company. People do not waste your money. Do not waste your money. In case you do not believe me , go ahead and buy wig from Modo wig , you will be very disappointed
I ordered a wig March 11, 2022 it is April 11, 2022. I've tried to reach out through email as well as PayPal and got no response so, I contacted my Financial institution and modowigs are under investigation.
