What is Miawig.com?

It is an online shopping store that offers different variety of hair wigs. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Miawig as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address has been provided as 555 Lexington Avenue, 10th Floor, Room 202, Manhattan, 10286, New York, United States. However, this address can’t be verified on Google Maps or by doing Google Search since there is no any company or shop or store with name Miawig that has been mentioned on this address. So, this makes it a very suspicious website. On top of that lots of other similar types of sites are claiming this address as their companies' address such as Cocohair, Ciciwigs, Ailsawig, Pddwig, Beawigs and so on. However, legit websites always provide the separate phone number and address, not the one which has been used by lots of other suspicious sites.

Copied Images/contents:

The quality of the images of the products they have used is blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones from other similar type of scam sites. Similarly, lots of content of the website as well as the website theme are also not original but copied from the other similar type of sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and have the original package to be eligible for the return and exchange. It even make customer pay for the return shipping cost. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to its confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to it is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Miawig is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

If you didn't get what you have ordered for, then we suggest contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team.

      Good Luck!

  4. It’s just a shame the way these people steal money. It’s not even worth your time and money to try to get a refund. I hope Miawig chokes on all the thief and misery they cause people. You get what you pay for and Miawigs make that a harsh reality for buyers.

OMG!!!!! Thank you for posting this information. Be advised Miawig are definitely scammers. I have proof of their fraudulent Mickey Mouse Operation.

    Observe:
On June 29th 2020 I purchased the 4 wig special for 55.00, the total amount paid 64.99 including shipping. On July 13th 2020 I received the merchandise and due to my surprise, none of the wigs were the ones I ordered. On July 14th 2020 I sent all 4 wigs back to them using the returned shipping address. According to the United States Postal Services, Miawig company will receive return merchandise on the 17th of July….I have the receipt as proof of payment for the amount $11.00. This letter was included in the package and the same letter was sent separately on the same day to the attention of their Lexington Avenue locations

    Emails:

    Maiwig email: service@best-life.store

Email #1 On July 19, 2020 I sent an email to their company; I also included photos of the wrong wigs they sent to me.

Please compare merchandise sent (TOP) from the merchandise ordered (BELOW)………

Miawigs Response to my email July 20th, 2020. Please observed, they sent this long list to follow in order to get a refund for the 4 wigs.

Think about it, I have already sent a letter with the merchandise that the wigs were returned Which they received on the 17th of July 2020. Am I missing something here.

DO NOT BUY WIGS FROM THIS SITE .!!IT'S A SCAM!!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED! I ordered 4 wigs for $55 which took a little over a month to arrive from CHINA and they came in thin, synthetic, no lace, a thick cardboard part. I added extra money to thicken the wigs shown on the picture but they still came in thin (you can see the tracks with no effort) Horrible wigs and are even useless to wear anywhere. I can't even make them work for anything..well maybe a scary costume!

I made the mistake of ordering. Paid extra for expedited shipping. It has been 12 days, can’t track anything. Wig still not here. I have sent 4 emails requesting refund of shipping because it was not here in two days. No response. Does anyone have any idea how I can at least get my shipping back?!

This is a reprehensible fraud of a company. After receiving items that look NOTHING like they do on the site, and actually, two of the same product of the three I ordered and paid for, I had great difficulty obtaining a response within the 14 day time window they require in order to process a refund. When their "customer service" department finally emailed me back, the refund form was absolutely ludicrous, and filled with reasons for them to be able to deny your refund. I carefully filled that out, and then received a response that told me they would prefer to send me 5% of the total cost of my order, not including shipping/handling, and I would have to pay s/h, as well as tariffs. Also, if for any reason the tariffs was inadequate, I would not be able to get any refund! I would love to include the total communication exchange in this comment, but, it's rather lengthy, but am willing to show it to anyone who wants to see this unbelievable scam at work! It's principle now. I have reconciled the fact that my $55.00 is gone, and I got got, but, I will be working to uncover this to whomever will listen, and try to thwart any other monies being sent to these creeps!

I saw this website on facebook with all these beautiful wigs advertising. Again like a shopaholic fo0l, I made a purchase of (3) human wigs the order was paid for in full with my credit card. I did receive a order # and a email confirming my order and a tracking # After a few days I went back in the account to check the status, only to fine out the order was just sitting there. So I tried checking the tracking # which came up with no information, I tried contacting the seller Mia Wig only to fine out the number doesn't exist the address of mia wig doesn't exsist these people are a total fraud facebook needs to look in to this matter because these people are advertising there business on a legit website. And I will be contacting facebook for my money.
