Likewise it has mentioned the website name of another company rather than its own on its Privacy Policy, About Us, etc. pages i.e. Ymtengr but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. It may even makes its consumers responsible for the return shipping fees showing multiple reasons. Bait and Switch. I ordered a $90 product, they sent something worth $5 . They expect me to accept a 30% credit or pay for return shipping back to China. My CC is handling it
AVOID AT ALL COST!! Ordered a floating mat and received a blow up something! Didn’t open so I could send back ! 40 emails later I am still getting the run around. I honestly don’t think they can read English because I continue to get similar emails every time I email! THIEVES!!!!!!! I just hope they can sleep well at night knowing what they are doing to people!!!
Absolutely horrible service... the product I received was nothing like the advertised product. I ordered the foam party mat. My kids were super excited and when I received it (A month and a half later) it was a small inflatable floatie that costs $10 at Walmart. The company refused to refund my money.

yes same here, my order on 7/2/21 is not here on 8/9/21 and now on their sight they are selling it for 28.99 instead of 49.99 float pad , so they shouldn't charge a 10 % restock fee

I ordered the same thing as Thomas McGrath and trust me Thomas when I say, You didn't WANT the item that this company ships for that item. I received a one person blow up float, similar to what you can purchase from a local store for less than $5.00. It was delivered to my standard size mailbox!
I have been going back and forth with their customer service staff, at the same email address (service@arshirly.com) for a few days now. First they offered to let me keep the item and asked for info on how to refund 10% to me. They ADMIT that they had an abundance of orders and their warehouse mistakenly shipped the wrong item. Now they are offering to refund 20% and let me keep what they sent.(which I have ZERO use for) I too, wish I had seen the reviews before wasting my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I will continue to fight for them to do the RIGHT and HONORABLE thing. If by chance they actually correct this situation, I will come back to this site and let everyone know.

I ordered a water mat on 7-7-21 and paid extra for expedited delivery service they said they will deliver in 7-10 days today is 7-22-21 and I still have not received it. I left on vacation to a cottage and expected to be able to have my kids use it, I get only 1 weeks vacation, and all I'm getting is the run around please read the string of e-mails below, i will now attempt to reach out to there management I wish I would of seen this review before

I fully understand the cost of products. I also understand that it's mismanagement if you put a product up for sale and don't have it on inventory. According to your ad, it was 50% clearance so it's obvious that you had the product and didn't need to manufacture it.
