I ordered a tent 6 months ago still have not received it about 2 months after I placed my order I received a package which had the right tracking number but instead of. a tent I got a pink jump rope messaged them sent requested pictures they apologize and said they are resending my product and guess what 6 months later no product and no refund so I paid $54 dollars for a jump rope the biggest scammers do t buy anything from them

I ordered hand tools 4 months ago, they did not send the product and they offered a lot of excuses and did not give a refund. I do not know how such companies are still allowed to make sales in Europe, it is a completely fraudulent company.
SCAM SITE. If you are like me and many others searching this company up, you have been scammed.
Ordered luggage (2 orders) last year, never received, but Menaci claims it was delivered by US Postal Service. Went to Post Office, and they found the tracking number to an Aliexpress, but shouldn't the seller know who handles their logistics? Menaci says they don't want me to leave no negative feedback and what is a resolution, a refund. Now they re-directing back to check with Post Office because it shows delivered. Good thing for security cameras. Asked when was it delivered, and watched home security footage for the entire day and sent them video of when Mailman came, showing they never got out there truck nor left any packages. Please stay away from this site and all sites that advertise these to good to be true prices. Company has no US Operations, all items coming out of China.
