What is Melusa.Club?

It is an online shopping store that is selling phone accessories, smart phones, lights, clothing and others, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have listed Melusa Club / Jerria as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address on its Contact Us page as Supic Company Limited: 85 Tottenham Court Road, Greater London, Greater London, W1T 4TQ and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. Furthermore, this is a company registered at UK Companies House. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address provider services as well as by providing the third person identities. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle. Moreover, let’s tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites that are operating under Supic Company Limited such as FityMall, Cozyment, RokinsTop, Rockfr, SterStore, TakenTop, AethStore, AuteStore, TheiridescentStore, ChayeeggTopBigbote, Clearsal, Pinkishlily, NewHouseWare, and so on. So it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, hence we shall not trust such a company for our online shopping.

It has provided another parent company’s name and address on its Terms and Conditions page as VANKIN COMPANY LIMITED: 4/4a Bloomsbury Square, London, Greater London, England, WC1A 2RP. When we searched about this company on Google, we found out that this parent company has been registered at the UK Companies House. You should know the fact that there are multiple scam companies registered from the UK Companies House. Actually, it is very easy to register a company in the UK Companies House by providing the third personal identities and virtual address which you can rent from the virtual address service providers. Even you can register a company in the UK Companies House without a big hassle.

Even we don’t find any proof that Vankin Company Limited is operating the Melusa Club website. Moreover, this company's name and address have been used by other suspicious sites like Ffinityesd, Readilyesd, PerfectTimeShop, Staturets, Dicoola, Yuwsrng, Thachly, VelatinaShop, Tryingkk, Minecho, AhhbsShop, Licautable, Etsydiy, Whitide, Laodyr, Thewesto, Gritile, Brossias, Dellafly, Feedbaaack, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site as an online shopping destination.

Its email address i.e. aftersale-service@vcsmall.com is not related to its domain name and found to be used by other problematic sites like Tallusue, Moyasity, etc.

Another email addresses i.e. service@kokboi-jerria.com and service@kokboi.com are also not related to its domain name.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Melusa.Club and website name i.e. Jerria are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Terms and Conditions, About Us, etc. pages i.e. VCANSALE but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering all the above stated reasons, it can be concluded that Melusa Club / Jerria is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
