What is Maxizero.com?

It is an online shopping fashion store that is selling tops, suits, bottoms, outerwears, accessories, sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts and several other fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Maxizero as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company’s name and address as Xinying Trading (Hong Kong) Co., Limited company: Unit 1402B 14/F The Belgian bank bldg NOS721-725 Nathan RD Mongkok KL. This address has been used by several other websites providing the parent company name different such as Aober Network Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. So we can say that Xinying Trading (Hong Kong) Co., Limited and Aober Network Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited are linked with each other.

Another fact is that this address can't be verified on Google Maps since only the partial address appeared in the Maps and let’s tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are using the same company address like Maxbran, Modakawa, Sunricher, CurioKitty, Sunkye and so on. So, we strictly don’t recommend this site for any kind of online shopping.

Copied Images/Content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites like Maxbran.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unreasonable discount and sales offers on its lots of products which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence most of the scam sites adopt this kind of strategy to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says that the product must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. It further added that it will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Summing up all the above facts, it is concluded that Maxizero is one of the suspicious websites.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

    Don't buy from maxizero!
They cancelled most of my order, then refunded me a small amount leaving me paying double for the 2 items I got.
the 2 items I received were not as they were described, or shown.

You may get back your money if you contact your bank or credit card company. So, it’s better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

      Good Luck!

  11. I ordered from Maxizero.com November 7, 2020 and today is February 19, 2021. I still haven't received anything from my $200 order!! I actually left my work phone on speaker when I called customer service and left for the weekend...only to come back Monday and they still hadn't picked up the phone.
Through email they gave me a tracking number that isn't valid in Canada!! Do not order from them!!
I can't get through to them and I can't get my money back!
