You can find below the MaxineJewelry review which will help you to know whether is a MaxineJewelry .com scam or a trustworthy company. So, let’s do the reality check of this online store.

What is MaxineJewelry .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling engagement rings, wedding sets, wedding bands, jewelry, men's jewelry, moissanite, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Maxinejewelry complaints Maxinejewelry fake or real Maxinejewelry legit or fraud | De Reviews

MaxineJewelry is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address is provided on its Contact Us page as Room 904, Block H6, Yahe Purple Sunshine, Mingguang Road, Weiyang District, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address and there is no business with the name MaxineJewelry that has been mentioned on or around the partial match address as well.

Another address is given on its Return & Exchange Policy page as Room 306, Building 3, Shuangweiyingbin Plaza, 164 Weiyang AvenueXian, Shaanxi Province, China. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address as well. So, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Both provided addresses are from China but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by the laws of the United States. This is completely a mismatch information. After all, why any company from China will be governed by the laws of United States?

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return And Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we can conclude that MaxineJewelry is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

I'm so glad I investigated Maxine Jewelry before buying from them and glad I found this site plus other sites like Trust Pilot. I was already leary when I saw they were located in China and then after looking up reviews such as here and Trust Pilot I will definitely stay clear of Maxine Jewelry.

    Thank you.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I have been trying to exchange a ring for a month now. I keep writing to them and they keep emailing me back telling me that they are "working on it." (Which they are NOT). They claim they will exchange or refund within 30 days, but they DO NOT ANSWER. I went to their site and followed their return policy and filled out the return/exhange form as directed and guess what? I took it to the post office, had to fill out a customs form and was informed by the postal clerk that MAXINE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF JEWELRY! WHAT?!? THAT IS ALL THAT THEY SELL!!! Give me a break!! Now, I am stuck with a cheap ring that did not look as advertised. DO NOT BUY from this company!
