SCAM COMPANY. THE STRAPLESSBRA IS USELESS. NO SUPPORT AT ALL.
THEY OFFERED ON 50% REFUND NOT 100% AS ADVERTISED.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
THEY ALSO REMOVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON FACE BOOK

I have also had poor service and quality. Told me they would refund 50%.....have seen nothing. Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I ordered the bandeaubra. Cheap quality I’ll fitting. I was offered 50% refund. I said no full refund. They agreed. I’ve never received refund. I email daily and never receive a reply. Wish I’d looked into it properly before giving them my money

Ordered the Mary Store bra and it was dreadful. Didn’t fit and I’d used their size guide. Material very poor quality. Contacted them and was told I could only have 50% refund so cut and pasted their 100% refund policy and they still said only 50% refund. Absolutely furious with this company.

Just received my bandaue bra , it’s useless .Used the given guide which again was useless. Their refund policy if your not happy with is they will give you 100% refund guaranteed, load of rubbish. Been offered 50 % , the bra is very poor quality.

Ordered bra without looking at reviews etc. Poor quality and didn't fit. Emailed asked for a full refund. Had response offering 50% - sent a pic of website stating 100% refund if not satisfied. Got full refund next day - happy days!

I ordered a bandeau b ra which didn't fit. Sent an email requesting return instructions. They replied and said that they don't do returns and offered me 50% refund on something that is useless to me. Don't know if I will see the 50% refund as this happened today. 22/6/22. Oh and the b ra is very poor quality.

  I bought the same bra and got the same 50% offer so I quoted the policy on returns and threatened with trading standards, I got full refund immediately. That bra is little more than a piece of stockinette with 2 U shapes sewn in.

  Same experience, bandeau bras that don’t fit, are not as advertised with cheap quality fabric and absolutely no support as shown the pictures. 50% back offered and a discount on future purchases, what a joke! Will take it through Paypal dispute if they don’t sort it

COMPLAINT:
I am very unhappy with my purchase. There is no arch support whatsoever in the shoe, despite being advertised as so. This was one of the major factors on why I purchased this, as I have a high arch and have difficulty finding footwear with arches. (If I had decided to order these boots even knowing the lack of arch support, I could have made that work with inserts. But then I would have needed to order at LEAST a half size up, if not a full size in order to fit them in the shoe.) The other extremely disappointing thing is that the either the shock absorbing air pockets compromise the integrity of the heel, causing it to collapse completely, or you use shoddy quality of rubber. This happened within a few hours of wearing the shoes. The boots I purchased were on sale for $60.00, with an original price of $128. I honestly would like a refund.

MY REPLY ATTATCHED WITH PICTURES:
As I said before, the shoe fit is fine. It only wouldn't fit nicely if I needed to add an insert for arch support (which I would need to do, because the arch support isn't there). My concerns are primarily the heel and the arch.
You say that if the problem is not the size nor any defect on items, it is hard for you to offer me an exchange. Is the lack of arch support not a defect? Or are you just advertising for things that aren't there at all?
I have included two photos of the heel. One is with me lifting the heel of the ground, and the other is me wearing the shoe and putting my weight on the ground.
I really hope we can rectify this. It's very disappointing, because I was looking forward to these boots.

UPDATE: He ghosted me for 4 months. I just got a promotional advertisement from their store for Mother's Day. This website is a scam.

Mary store is a scam I bought boots and they send me something that looks like was made with dog skin bad people I try to return it and it was no address available and they refuse to provide one Mary store are thief’

Ordered boots, very poor quality. I couldn't even get them on my feet. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response. I had contacted them prior to the boots arriving and they were very responsive. Now that I want to return them they went crickets on me ... DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought two pair of boots and they do not fit. I contacted them and they want pictures with rulers of my foot and in the boot.
It looks like I'm out $115 for these. They looked like a great place to order thru. They said they would only give me 10% back.
I could get more if I sold at a yard sale I think!
Buyer beware!

I also received my boots I ordered after waiting a month to get them and they are a CRAP. I paid 45.99 for this JUNK- they May be worth 10$ maybe and nothing like the picture on there site. Buttery soft, Hell NO! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! Mary's Store is a SCAM! Stick with Amazon at least you can return the product with no problem.

Unfortunately I purchased from this site without looking closely. Received boots that are bad quality and getting emails that pretend to not receive my emails. Would love to spare others the loss and see this company shut down.

I totally agree with Donny. The boots that I ordered did not match their picture, the calf size was quite small, and the material was ghastily flimsy. The store agreed to an exchange only, after I paid for the return via certified post, but now they want proof that I have prepaid for the shipping of whatever new item that I might order. Buyers beware !!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of booth and the said up to 20 days for delivery. It took over a month. They smelled terrible when I received them. They look like plastic booth and cheep looking. Don’t look as good as the picture. I could not zip the booths, don’t fit my calf. I e-mailed them and they said they cannot take them back. Seems as though I am out of my money as well. I will be notifying BBB in hope it will help someone else. Don’t be fooled by the picture.

Finally received the boots I ordered for my wife from marystore 3 months ago. Very poor quality. I have sent 4 emails in the last 3 weeks and still haven't received a response so it's highly unlikely that I will receive a response for a refund. I'm just out the $70. Writing this to hopefully help someone else out in The future so they don't make the same mistake I did.

I don't recommend shopping at this sight. I ordered 2 pairs of women's boots. They came in about 5 weeks but when I received them they were a very cheap knock off of what they advertised. And I am getting no where with a refund or return.

I purchased 2 Pais of boots from this site. They arrived in about 3 weeks. The wrong size, smelled like chemicals and were very cheap knock offs of wht they had on the site. I have tried to get a refund. The closet I got was they told me I could order something else from their sight of equal or lesser value. I do not recommend shopping on this sight.

Mary store is a scam. I ordered boots and the boots that arrived was not leather nor did it look like what is advertised. The boots were made of a weird material that smelled of chemicals.

I purchased from the Mary Store. I ordered what was advertised as soft leather, lined winter boots. I waited over a month. When I finally received the product I immediately knew I had been scammed. If I could attach pictures I would. Instead of leather it was a thin plastic. Imagine buying childrens play shoes from a general store, at 10x the cost. I asked for a refund. They said they'll send another pair, free of charge. I again asked for a refund. Their response:
"We can accept a full refund for you, however, it will take a long process. Firstly, you should return your order to our warehouse in Asia and charge for the cost of shipping (about $25-$35). It may take 4-6 weeks to reach us.

Secondly, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be informed that according to our policy, we accept the return on products in case they were shipped out by us and the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g: wrong item or damaged item)."
For a company with a California address, I was shocked to hear that I was expected to ship to Asia to be considered for a refund.
Um, no thank you. So this is my lesson learned. Expensive purchase straight in the trash.

I recently ordered boots from this website and was unaware they were coming from China. It’s took 4 weeks for them to arrive. When I did receive them in the mail, they were inside a plastic bag with no box or any documents. The boots I received were not and did not look anything like what was pictured on the website. The were so cheap with no brand name or size tag. When I emailed for a refund I was told I had to send them pictures of a ruler next to my foot so they could see that they didn’t fit! Unbelievable. When I told them I needed the retune information to send them back they emailed me again saying they will only refund if I send them pictures of the item being damaged or my foot next to a ruler. DO NOT order anything from this website. It’s 100% a scam!!

My wife ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. Never received them. Contacted them and they said I must have the wrong store, because this isn't their order #. Can't get ahold of anyone except by email...Credit card had no trouble sending money to Mary store.
