I’ve been had by this rotten company and I hope they all rot! Of course I can’t get anyone to respond to me. I’m not done yet.
I purchased a NY Mets shirt on their Facebook ad for 35 dollars. They charged my cc on 6/1. I became suspicious 10 days later when no product was received. I noticed a Wyoming address on their ad. I later learned that tje product is made in China and I would receive it 15 days or more. They sent me an email with robotic transit info. I believe this is a scam and disputed the charge on my cc.the charge. The cancellation policy is 1 day and the return policy is ludicrous. I do not trust this company.
I had purchased a mandala from this site on April 10. They said it takes about 5-7 days to produce the item.
Two weeks later, I have still not received a single update about the item and I don't know whether the product is even shipped yet.
I don't think I will ever purchase another item from this site again.
