Following things make us suspicious about Lolovee website:-

# Lolovee has provided its address as “1055 W Hastings Street Vancouver, BC V6E 2E9”. However, this address is an address of a business law firm known as Osler (source:- Osler.com) and not the address of any company or shop with the name “Lolovee”. Lolovee hasn't provided its contact phone number as well and has also concealed the owner’s name and owner’s address in WHOIS details. If it has provided the real address on its website, there is no reason to hide the same address in WHOIS. However, legit online stores always provide the real company’s address including contact phone number but scam online stores always found to be hiding their identity or providing a fake address.

# Like lots of scam sites, the website Lolovee has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is very untidy; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites; it is claiming to sell almost all items listed on its website at a big discount rate; it hasn’t secured its website properly and so on. Since the Lolovee website is not secured properly, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information can be stolen.

# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. So, in this scenario, it is better to stay away from the online store like Lolovee which even doesn’t provide real contact information.

# Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

# Actually, these days you can find lots of online stores which haven't provided any contact information or have provided the fake contact information such as Purdypa, Lynchshop, Roskops, Loganpus, Morrisoh, Zrevo, Dimenticarti, YourPetClub, MagicTranslator, Carfler, ChapelGadgets, JinnieStore, BFGlasses, CycloneBlender, VveoskLife, Annjolies, WhateverYouBuy, Eternaltube, IMShopSavvy, GetGotGotten, IHollyHome, Tumeyy, Loracmoon, Bloopzie, Swamay, ThekShoppingTVShop and so on.

  1. I was going to place an order with this company and hit the send button before I was ready. I called and emailed this company about 15 minutes later to cancel the order which they confirmed receiving the cancellation by email on their letterhead. (Dates and times are recorded on copies).
Awhile later that same day they said they couldn't guarantee the cancellation to which I responded for them not to send the item as it would be refused.
Approximately 4 weeks later the item was sent to my mail box and returned to the post office directly, unopened and labeled "REFUSED". The post office returned the item to the sender on June 1, 2021. (I did not pay to have it returned because the order was immediately cancelled and I should not have had to pay for their mistake.) Now my credit card company will not reverse the charges and the company has not given me a refund.

    Desired outcome

I do not have the merchandise and want $34.95 credited back to my credit card account. ( I have since discovered other complaints against this same company and do not feel that they are reputable.).
I have not gotten my refund and there is no way to contact this company..they list a false address and no phone number.

  2. Ordered 1 item from Lolovee.. was charged twice @ 19.94 for this item. On 2/25/21 and again on 2/26/21. Calls & contacts are unanswered. Payment thru Pay Pal was of no use. I will continue to dispute the extra charge.. Makes me want to go out shopping again... talk to a human (what are they?)A company called Affsourcing picked up the charges on my statement., no help from them either? I received my one item from a "John Doe" located in Delaware.. packaging full of Oriental markings... WOW!!
