What is Litfad.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as wall lights, ceiling fans, lamps, wall decors, rugs, arts, pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Litfad is listed as one of the problematic site due of the following reasons:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company name and address as Mayer (HK) Limited, FLAT/RM 1402B 14/F, THE BELGIAN BANK BUILDING, NOS.721-725 NATHAN ROAD, MONGKOK KL, HONGKONG, China. However, Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address.  So, it is clear that this site is trying to fake its information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

It looks like it doesn't have social media presence since it hasn't provided any social media icons linking to its social media group or profiles on its website. Mostly, legit online stores provide social media icons on their website linking to their social media pages or group.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing heavy discount on lots of items which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Litfad is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Lesson learned! I rarely order from a website before checking views, but Litfad got me on a tv console before I realized the 2-month wait and that they never asked for my email address for shipping updates. I tried canceling my order within 10 minutes of purchase. The chat feature had no wait, but each answer was copy/paste, referring me to further email response. Each email response was also cut /paste offering me a discount of 5% each time and ignoring my request to cancel the order. So far, 4 emails and up to 20% off if I keep my order. I'll be contacting my bank to block the charge. Unbelievable.

  2. I purchased a coffee table from Litfad
I purchased a coffee table from Litfad. The table came in two different boxes. Both the top was broke and the bottom was damaged. I put a request refund in with paypal and litfad. Litfad told me my case was lock because of the dispute paypal. Litfad asked me close the paypal dispute and after this they would give a refund or a new table. I closed the paypal dispute. Little did I know if case a paypal case you can`t reopen it. Emailed litfad back and asked for a refund. So they started negotiate with me about my. refund. They offered 10% first refund, and seccond a table top 20%. Keep in mind my table top and bottom damaged I told no I want my full refund. I have not heard back. I contacted paypal and waiting on the results. Don`t buy anything from the company. It`s like a scam. Please never close your paypal case until it`s solved. RJ Cordova,TN

  3. I had a similar experience to the ones above. After confirming the fit of a fixture for a North American electrical box prior to order they still sent me the incorrect parts. After immediately contacting them with the issue they said they would send out the correct item. After almost 2 months of waiting I am told they don’t have it. They offered me a 5% refund or I can ship it back at my expense to China. Awful customer service. Lesson here is don’t buy from dodgy cheap places like Litfad. Brutal

  4. I ordered a ceiling lamp in October and it arrived in January. Customer service did the same: offered 5% , then 10% refund. Google must do something about this company so it doesn’t appear as the first option in each search.

  5. LitFad is a total and complete scam. Our fixture also came in months late and defective. After requested an RGA and our money back, we were asked to wait for a new part and we did. That part took another 2 months and when installed did not repair the problem. Its been 8 additional weeks of demanding a refund and being offered, 5, 10, and 15% off what we paid to keep it...to keep a defective and non working product.....when I demanded my money back, they provided me an address in China to ship back the product, and then they would refund me....Fool me once....This company is insane and please tell everyone you know to avoid them like the plague and furthermore, REPORT them to every site that offers their products...

  6. LITFAD IS A SCAM: My boyfriend and I purchased a new ceiling light on lit fads website. We ordered it and January and receiced it and the end of March. When we installed it and turned it on the light would t stop flashing. We even contacted our electrician to ensure all was installed properly. When we contacted the company for support they asked for pictures which we supplied but they wouldn't reaolve the matter, they just kept running us in circles. after two weeks of contact with them, only through chat and email because they would supply a phone number, we as for a full refund as per their "dead on arrival" policy online. Instead of processing the full refund, they offered us 5% of our money back. As I continued to ask for my full refund they increased the refund by 5%. At this point they're offering my 25% of my money back. They won't let me speak to a manager, they're chat support is not helpful and their email support is giving me the runaround. Online they claimed to be a Norweigian company but they are actually in China. Check online reviews.. They are stealing peoples money and sending them defective products.
