  1. I ordered my lift bras on June 9th and about 2 days later i received a shipping notification. It is now July 19th still no package and the tracking number had not updated since 7/8. I have email them several times getting a response form Liz Anderson - Customer Care Specialist By email liftbra@gmail.com. She apologized stating it was on the way and still no package. Since then I have asked for a refund and now she has stopped responding to email. It also has false advertisement because i received a promotional email stating first class mail abs 14 day return policy. Well one i can’t return what i do not have and second their is no info on how to return nor speak to anyone by phone. The only address at the Bottom of the advertising is 25 Bank Street White Plains, New York 10606. But on the BBB SITE which they are not registered the address is 5215 S Boyle Ave Bldg 2 Vernon, CA 90058-3907.

    I want to start a class action lawsuit as well as put them out of business because I do believe this is a scam. I am looking into seeing how to file a complaint with the federal government to investigate because i have read a lot of people not receiving their packages or they are not being refunded for damaged goods.

    I have already complete some research to help support my claim.

    1. You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

  2. Yes, my order got delayed by weeks. Yes I did email to email address above, for e response two days later, I figured it was coming from China (for cost I was paying) so I figured there would be some form of delay. So I Ordered on 5/29/21 received it on 7/13/21. However they do run smaaaaall my dd cup does not fit on what looks to be a C cup.
    Was yours running small too? Is that why you are returning it? Thank you Margaret

  3. Do not purchase this product, I have been trying to get them to send me their return address since June 12th today being June 29th and still no address has been sent.

    1. Hi lisa, you won’t get another shipper update. Give it time as mine took a good 6 weeks. They do come from China, so going through customs is a challenge. My only concern was they run small. Let me know of your merchandise experience. Thank you M.

  4. Do NOT order from the LiftBra company! I placed my order for the bra on 4/4/21. On 4/7/2021, I received an email that my item had been shipped, yet no tracking number was in the email. I responded to the email, getliftbra@gmail.com, asking for a tracking number, no response was given but a few days later, I get an “updated” email with a tracking number, that’s when I found out the item was coming from overseas, China to be exact which there is no mention of when you place your order. It is now May 15, 2021 and even after their own customer service representative emailed me on 4/13/2021 saying they would contact the courier and upgrade the delivery and I can expect the package between 6-14 days, I still have no package. The shipping has not been updated since 4/20/2021 where it just says “In transit to USPS”. Despite the ridiculously long length of time and their promise to get me my package, their last 3 messages to me is that there’s nothing they can do and no refunds because the item is in transit.
