I recently ordered the rocking beach chairs with the sun protector. I punched in my credit card number and was declined saying the card was not acceptable and asked me to submit another card. Thinking i might have typed in a wrong number i retyped in the numbers. Again it was refused and requested another card . I declined the offer and left the website. About 1 week later i received an email from them telling me my shipment was on its way and they doubled my order. When i punched in the tracking number the info came up in Chinese. To date i have not received my items and cannot contact them. I can`t understand how they advertise using a QVC front and get away with it.
