I have been waiting for an order since March 2023. The company claimed it was delivered but said they would send a complete new delivery out. That too has supposedly been delivered on a particular date and time and someone is said to have signed for it. I was at home all day and nothing was delivered ; I have been able to prove this via my cctv. I get lots of nice emails but nothing ever arrives. They have now offered me 60% refund which I have accepted, and I am waiting for that.
