Placed an order for a hand carved owl in January and received tracking and apparently was tracking from Hungary. It took a few weeks to get within a few hours of my house. After a few days of hearing nothing I contacted the tracking company who immediately responded with a message that said they would contact the shipping partner. Then no more info. In the meantime I did some online investigation and saw many complaints. I wrote to the original customer service and threatened to report them to the FBI. Got another order number with tracking. It arrived today and is a piece of plastic junk much smaller than the photo, definitely not hand carved and it’s silly. Do not order from this place.
Still waiting for my order...says it's in Huntsville since January 6 and no response... figured I've been ripped off no idea how to get my money back.
*SCAM* I too have been waiting since 12/10 for my order. Got an email back saying its in transit just be patient. I believe this is a scam. Too bad cause it hurts other on line businesses also. Dont know how to get my money back but Im going to try.

DONT DOIT. Merchant dice is cute, that’s it!!! Ordered product 12/3/22. It is 1-18-23. I have gotten nothing. Contacted company. Told me to be patient. Ask for refund, told me to be patient. DONT DO IT
