Buenas, compré una piscina pagué $98.00 dólares el 24 de junio, supuestamente demora en entrega de 10 a 15 días laborables y nunca llego, no se como reclamar el reembolso si no es enviada
I never received an email to track my package i never received it.i paid thru PayPal they say they reached out to the seller did it had been delivered. Post office clerk it was delivered to another address. I confirmed my home address on my purchase.
Rebecca, I had the exact same situation where I paid through PayPal. PayPal doesn't do anything and doesn't protect the buyer, unfortunately. I would suggest calling the bank that has a credit card number or an account associated with your PayPal and cancelling your transaction that way.
