    Total scam. Take your money, send packet of junk using original tracking number. Tracking is a scam as well. Bait and switch from China.

    I order2 blower heater from ingsom February 28,2021 here it is April and I have not seen the product. How can I go by getting my money back.

      If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account and contact the PayPal support team. Or, if you had paid via credit card, then contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you to get your money back.

    I bought and paid for a product from them. Never received the item. Tried to reach out to them. But never heard a reply. Done this three times. Not someone who you want to deal with. Very disappointed!

    Ingsom offered one item but sent another unrelated item worth much, much, less money. now I am trying to get a refund. avoid these guys
