What is Holapick.com?

It is an online fashion shopping store that offers dresses, accessories, swimwear, bottoms, shoes, tops, outwears and several kinds of fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Holapick as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

# It has mentioned their parent company’s name and address as Aober network Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited Unit 1402B, 14/F, The Belgian Bank Building, Nos. 721-725 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong in their “About Us” details. Let’s tell you that there are several other suspicious and problematic websites which are operating under Aober network Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited such as Teamclo, Lukalula, Mikolove, Growsim and so on. So, we strictly don’t recommend this store for any kind of online shopping.

# Companies operating under Aober network Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor.

# It has return and exchange policy which is found to be very unrealistic and useless which says that the product must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from them.

# The payment gateway icons like Maestro, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS etc. as placed at the bottom of the page are not clickable.

# It is offering huge discount and sale deals i.e. above 25% on the price of lots of products they sell which a legit company never do.

# We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Similarly the contents are also not the original but copied from the other similar type of scam sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on all the above mentioned facts, it is concluded that Holapick is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Buyes Beware! They won't give me their mailing address to exchange an item. I don't even want the money back, just to change the size.
I.'ll wait one more day, then I'm contacoming the BBB

  2. I bought 4 items, shoes. Very dissatisfied with the finish, the quality of them, all very different from the photos seen on their website. In addition to receiving the order more than 1 month late. I do not recommend buying at least shoes in this online store.

    Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! I don't even want to give them one star. I don't understand how they have a 3.4 rating? I purchased four items about $100 from them. It took over a month to get here and when I received the items they were horrible. The quality was worse than I've ever seen before. The sizing was off, the shapes were odd the quality of fabric was terrible. I contacted them immediately and wanted to return the items for a refund. Their website States to contact them within 30 days have an unopened package have items not worn and you can get a refund. They are refusing to refund my money. They say they can't do it, they won't do it even though I have followed all their guidelines as stated on their website. I am out $100 and am an extremely dissatisfied customer and will never do business with them again. I believe they are based out of China and are a very unscrupulous company. I give them negative five stars!

Big time Scam, I bought 10 shirts, it took 2 months to receive 2. 2 weeks later I received the rest. The package had none of what I ordered. I had no problem contacting them by email. First they offered I keep the shirts plus $40 credit. I refused. Now they say I have to return the shirts to get a refund. A package that size mailed to China costs more than what the shirts cost. Basically I’m out $125. Major Scam!! Be Aware!!

I am having the same issue, I ordered 10 tshirts, it took 2 months to get 2,then 2 weeks later I got 8 more, the 8 were nothing I ordered, I have had no trouble communicating by email, first I got an offer to just keep the shirts plus 40$ credit which I refused, now they tell me I have to send the shirts back to them for my refund. A package of that size to China will cost me more than I paid for the shirts so basically I am out $125. Big time Scam!!

  6. Over the past several months I've ordered about ten items from Holapick & have been very satisfied with what I've received. They were sold out of two items I ordered & when I contacted them after not receiving the items, I received a refund immediately. I recommend them!

In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

      Good Luck!
