HilifeMart Review: Genuine? HilifeMart Scam or Legit?

Considering HilifeMart for your online purchase? If so, then first let’s figure out either is a HilifeMart.com scam or a genuine online store from this HilifeMart review.

What is HilifeMart.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling men's and women's footwear like shoes, flats, boots, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Hilifemart complaints Hilifemart fake or real Hilifemart legit or fraud

We have categorized HilifeMart as one of the problematic sites because of its following drawbacks:

Company Address:

The company’s address is provided at the bottom of its website as 184 Main Rd E, St Albans VIC 3021, Australia. As per Realestate.com.au, there is a residential house at this address.

Another address is mentioned at second Privacy Policy page linked at Checkout page as Microsequence HK Limited, 12/F KAISER CTR NO 18 CENTRE ST SAI YING PUN HK, UNIT 3A-8, Hong Kong, 香港 中国香港特别行政区 which is from Hong Kong. There is no business with the name HilifeMart that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional store for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing unrealistic heavy discounts on the products it sells that none of the legit sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above reasons are enough to draw a conclusion that HilifeMart is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

Ordered shoes but received a completely different kind of shoe, they would not respond to my emails after I refused to take a discount rather than getting the shoes that I ordered. This place is a 100% “SCAM”

  4. Indeed this is a scam. I made the terrible mistake of purchasing shoes that were advertised as slip resistant. Took over a month to get here and they are not slip resistant. Plus the size is also advertised as size 11 and this were size 10. The quality is worst than Payless shoes. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!

  6. Ordered a pair of shoes . Got. It after a month and got a completely different pair of shoes!

  7. I wished I found your site before ordering from this unreliable company. I had ordered a pair of boots for my wife that claimed was going to help with her bunions. After a month of waiting, I sent them a complaint that I had not received the boots. Almost instantly, I received an email from Canada Post indicating a shipment was on its way. Strange. I received the boots and they did not fit. We ordered size 5.5 and received size 1. Unbelievable! I wrote back asking for an exchange / refund and have not received a reply. I have sent numerous emails to the service@hilifemart address and I'm yet to get a reply or a return authorization form that I requested. After reading the complaints here, I doubt I will get any resolutions from this ordeal. It is very disappointing to had paid $39.99 for the boots and $9.99 for shipping. We should all write a letter to the Better Business Bureau in Australia and run this company out of business.
