  1. A complete Scam. like all the others here, placed order on dec 25th. Package tracking, although no company listed, states its been in the same place since Jan 23rd. Also paid for express shipping. They have automated responses on their customer support email. Other email response stated will NOT ship out a new order or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

  2. Same for me about the boots. Waiting, emailing and feeling stupid.
Anyone else get fraudulent charges on a credit card after ordering from them?

Same ordered 2 pair of boots took 2 months to get to me and I also paid for express shipping. I kept emailing. It was hung up in Lincoln Nebraska for over a month. They could never update the shipping status. Finally arrived last week. Cheapest looking pieces of crao and to big. So told them to send me refund slip. They said they don't offer refunds. I was shocked. (Not really) I said I want my money back. These are junk. They said we can offer me $5. I said no ok we can offer you $8. I said keep going. Only have about 75 more bucks to go.

  3. Ordered dog car seat 8 weeks ago and nothing. Plenty of emails to them and replies saying that my order is on its way and thanking me for my patience. Scam vibes!

Ordered boots in December and after several emails of “we’re looking into it’ I determined it was a scam. Contacted PayPal and got a full refund.. This dispute started well after the allotted time of delivery.

I placed an order on December 26. I have been getting the runaround ever since. Pretty sure they are thieves and scam artists.

  6. My wife has gone through the same, ordered dec. no boots. Now dealing with mc for refund

  7. same thing happened to me. i ordreded boots for my wife in December and they still have not come. lots of notifications on shipping but the last one came on jan 24. this scam came through my Facebook feed. i thought that Facebook did some level of due diligence on their end before allowing companies to advertise through their feed, but seems i was wrong and Facebook lets fake companies advertise in Facebook and rip you off. I guess i can no longer trust the companies that show up in my Facebook feed, maybe another reason i need to get rid of Facebook....

    1. I think I'm waiting on those same boots. Ordered in December. They kept saying they can't provide a tracking number, some lame excuse about the shipping company's system was updated. They stopped responding 2 weeks ago. There goes $82. Total scam.

  8. same thing with me. i ordered boots for my wife in December and they havent arrived. lots of shipping notifications but last one was on Jan 24. This scam came through my Facebook feed. I guess i thought that Facebook

  9. I ordered my boots 12/22 & have received 11 messages about the movement of my package.
The messages stopped on 1/22 & I have sent 2 e-mails so far.
I’m in the US & have never had a problem with other online companies, but this is Horrible. I’ve waited over 7 weeks.
Very Suspicious that email’s go unanswered

  10. Ugh. I ordered boots Dec. 25 and still haven't gotten them! Just emailed them, will see if they reply!

  11. I have the same problem as the others have said I ordered boots in December and the last tracking stopped January 28th. I have tried several times to get information but I keep getting the same responses that my order has shipped. I should have known it was too good to be true and used PayPal instead of my cc but like the other person said I will dispute the charges if they don’t come soon! I will not buy from a company like this again!

I should have looked for reviews before making a purchase. I'm usually pretty spot on with sniffing out scams, I must have had an off day. I made a purchase, delivery was listed as 12 to 20 days. Its now been a month and still no sign of it. The tracking information is also suspect, it is updated every two, sometimes three days, anyone who has had a package tracked knows that times between depots are rarely the same. It also doesnt list place names, just things like "partner shipping facility"
They do reply to emails, I was charged USA tax, I'm not in the USA so it was refunded. However subsequent emails regarding delivery, requesting specific information such as, the actual current location and the business names of the partner shipping companies, has met a reply saying "we are sorry you are upset, we will stay in contact with the shipping company, we believe you will get your parcel soon" It didn't address any of my questions, just a vague response hoping that I would continue to wait.
Thankfully I paid via PayPal not a credit card so I will ask them to investigate and refund the money.
If the parcel arrives I will update this response

I’ve had the same problem. 7 weeks and my boots still haven’t arrived. When I asked for the name of the shipping company they claim they can’t give it to me because they don’t know which one is used, each country has different ones. I find this highly unlikely that they can’t find out the shipping company but can bug them to update my tracking? I’m asking for my money back. If they don’t give it me I’m contacting my bank for a dispute.

I'm also having issues with them. Asked for refund and they've stopped responding to my emails. Finally got boots after 2 months when I paid for express shipping. I am turning it over to the better business bureau
