Same here ordered tires thought it was a scam so right after ordering I canceled the credit card. Tracking showed that the tires were sent to Mississippi. 6 months ago and having fun bugging these guys weekly. I'm pretty sure there answers are automated. I would be very careful I'm only out $29.95 would hate for someone to loose big money. BEWARE!
I ordered 2 used tires they gave me the tracking number and supposedly it was delivered to NY , I live in California. I called to costumer service but they don’t answer.
You must contact them at support@greyfus .com, they do not have a working #. I had the same problem,twice and have been refunded but you have to be rude.I think these people are overseas somewhere and not Canada as the site says.But it will take several emails you just have to tell them you are requesting a refund ASAP.You would be suprised to see some of the crude emails i have sent to this person named Mathew.I do not believe they sell anything,there is nothing on the net about anyone getting anything,but lots of people who got nothing!
I ordered two tires for my dad back in Sept. have heard nothing, I have the supposedly tracking number. We realize now this is a scam ,will never order online again.

I also ordered tires,first time they were sent to Illinois,second time they were sent to PA.I live in MI.I was issued refund for first order and am now getting refund for second order.You must contact them at support@greyfus .com they do not have a working #.Also according to the tracking info they sent me the weight of my order was only .021 kgs or 1/4lb? for 6 tires?So i do not know what they sent to the wrong address but im guessing it was'nt 6 tires.
Im from NJ and i orderd a tire and it got shipped to Oregon, litterly across the country, after reading all the other comments here, now i officially know its a scam site

On Sept 16th 2022 I ordered2 tires and never received.I live in Connecticut and says it was delivered in Oklahoma. They took my money and I left numerous emails and voicemails. Hate ppl! Such low lives! Now got to figure out how to get money back.. once again ppl like this SUCK
I had the same issue,twice actually.You must contact them at support@greyfus .com,this is the email i used and have been refunded.You have to be rude with them and just demand a refund ASAP.It will take several emails and they do not answer questions but seem to have scripted responses.But it worked for me twice.
I ordered 4 tires to be delivered to Maine, but tracking says they were delivered to Syracuse New York. Can't get any answers. Emails go unanswered..DON'T BUY FROM THEM
Scam. Supposedly sent my tired to the wrong state! I emailed them they said take it up with the postal service. And now won’t reply at all.
I ordered 10 tires from this company. They sent me three tracking orders (3 seperate orders) and tracking numbers. One order they claim to be delivered in New York. The other two in TN.
I think it's a scam. My orders were less than $50.00 so even my credit card company won't look into it.

I ordered two tires from greyfus on September 11th, and here it is the 19th of September, and no tires, as I had paid them in full, and have a tracking number, and the tires were in China, but the tracking says it is now in Pensylvania?
Scam alert!!! Don't buy anything thru this company. If you have stay on the for your cash refund. They wanted to give me a voucher and when they responded they would send the voucher I said what makes you think I'd buy anything from your store? The item I ordered never made it to me not taking that chance again. I stayed on it for about a week my refund was deposited today.
We just order tires from this site for our trailer. I should of followed my gut but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They gave me a tracking number sent me updates on where my package was then said it was delivered. I never received it. Then when I told them I wanted a refund they want to send me a voucher. I don't want a voucher I want my money back. Don't order from this company it's a scam.

Yeah I just ordered 2 tires for my jeep. The shipping address was PA . They provided me a tracking number and everything. Today when I tracked my order it says they delivered them to TN.

I ordered tires and obviously they're going to take a while but I wasn't in a hurry to get them and they sent me a tracking number and they've cleared customs and according to the tracking are making their way to me. So far so good but will update if and when they show up because it still seems to good to be true but worst case scenario I'm out 30 bucks, so not a big deal.

I purchased 4 SUV tires 7/06/22. I received an email saying payments received with no tracking information. I emailed them and they said they have 7 working days to send that info. Still no tracking info on the 19 of July. No tires for me.

I really hope it's not tire that they scam ur money. I'm on disability and have a inconeof only 840 a month witch is y I bought 2 tires at 60 bucks. I read all the return policy and terms and everything of the web page and it seems legit. I hope I get my tires or my money back

I tried to order tires from greyfus tires. I used a major credit card just incase it was a scam. It must be because the credit card says it Suspicious and locked my card.
